  10. Hi, I've been trying to create my first tulpa since March. But this progress was paused in the beginning of May because I'm getting busy with courses and partner. I read some guides before and I tend to use imagination and passive ways. However, recently I try to communicate with my tulpa before I felt asleep. But she was irritated and screamed at me. I'm not sure what happened because I can't really remember what I do before sleep(I take psychological medicine). What should I do to solve this problem and be able to communicate with my tulpa in two ways?
  11. Cheese craving finally got strong enough I was able to make a couple grilled cheeses, with cheese on the outside (and inside..) of course, for the first time in... months? This bread's been sitting in the fridge unopened for weeks, I had to throw out the also unopened lunch meat I was supposed to eat it with, but at least I have grilled cheeses now And with high fiber bread, so I don't have to feel bad about it
