Your Tulpa's Handwriting

If you've ever seen it (via possession or switching) what did it look like?

Was it different from yours by a little? A lot? Not at all?

Does their style match their personality?

Do they write with a different hand?

Is their writing heavier/lighter by any significance?

 

I'm blessed enough to have handwriting from all of my Tulpas; I had them all write their names, to get these results:

 

Quartz has a very silly half-cursive style that is much more spaced out than mine, and he writes some symbols backwards. It's absolutely adorable. He writes with the same hand I do (the left.) I think it matches his personality, because it's adorable like him! (Though do to his age and gender... I expected something a little less... "girly.")

 

(We all used pen when we wrote, so there's no way to tell who wrote harder.)

 

Obsidian's is slightly sloppy. His letters are out of place like they've been pasted together. He uses swirls in his o's and half of his letters are tilted in some way. This actually makes a lot of sense, since he's only a child Tulpa and is very new to the world. It reflects his childish traits. I think he is also a leftie.

 

Gamzee has somewhat difficult to read cursive; he uses lots of loops and never fails to connect his letters. It's beautiful nonetheless. I didn't expect cursive from him, though then again we were /signing/ something. It just doesn't fit him much in my mind. He writes with his right hand.

 

I used possession to do this, because it was simple enough to do. Hence why I know what hand they wrote with.

Yes. Vris puts an 8 instead of B/b. Fef puts )( instead of H/h and a line in front of the capital E's. And her emojis are always with a 3 first for the horns and then an 8 for the eyes. Miranda always puts a ♣️ Before and after every paragraph. And Beth always writes in an insecure way. With at least 3 points (...) instead of one. Kotoura doesn't like writing and Hades is a dinosaur so he doesn't even talks.

While most of us have somewhat similar styles, Rand and Aura are drastically different. Rand's handwriting is much more suited to fountain pens and quills, flowing with several noticeable flourishes. Aura's is somewhat similar, but each letter is clearly distinct since she's never used those types of writing instruments.

 

It's just a quick example we did over about five minutes, but we actually have a scanned copy of a handwriting sample from each of us that we'll attach here. -Einulf
