Scandinaut October 14, 2015 October 14, 2015 The info I`m seeking is both useful and just interesting. How hard is it to get into your host`s dream without the dream being lucid? How does it feel? Can you compare dreams to wonderlands?
wingsorsomething October 14, 2015 October 14, 2015 I've talked to Elsa about this before. She says that it's hard to enter my dreams, that she doesn't really have a choice in the matter. Of course, on the rare occasions when I dream lucidly, it's much easier for her to enter. When you dream, you can't think straight. Your brain kind of goes crazy. And, my tulpa, being an extension of my mind, is just as frazzled as the rest of it, even if she isn't necessarily asleep herself.
Aijada October 14, 2015 October 14, 2015 Well last night my host got stuck in a dream on his side and couldn't get out of it. He was having a light nightmare about how he'd killed somebody and was panicky about how to hide the body. I couldn't really reach in through that and had to rise to wakefulness to pull us out of it. Even still he woke up a little lost and stuck in the pattern of the dream and i had to get him back to reality. Dreams are way more interesting than wonderland but they are comparable. Same kind of look and operation, but with a plot that unfolds on its own. Early member of a large system. Our system questions the way the afterlife and tulpamancy interact. We genuinely suspect that deadies can return to share the mind of the living.
Guest Anonymous October 14, 2015 October 14, 2015 Melian has been a part of my dreams for many, many years. She is sometimes the subject of the dream (me dreaming about her) and sometimes the dream is from her perspective (either she is dreaming and I can see her dream, or I am dreaming that I am her). Sometimes we interact in a dream, either speaking to one another or on an adventure together. Most of these dreams are ordinary dreams, and others are lucid dreams when we are aware that we are dreaming. Melian and I are blended and share thoughts, memories and emotions. So, we also share each other's dreams. Melian is more part of me than a separate completely independent mind. That may make her distinctly different than your standard (if there is a standard) tulpa.

I've seen you mention this before, and was wondering if you had any special way of getting her into your dreams? I'd like to share mine with Elsa, but it seems to be a totally random choice of whether or not she appears.
raymond13557 October 15, 2015 October 15, 2015 Snow often pops up in my dreams in her new form, a white small anthro rabbit and likes to climb on my shoulder, we often try to make the dream lucid usually succeeding then we make fun of the hostile dream people, like saying biting comments with use of telepathy and dropping an anvil on them if they really agitate us. I'd like to share mine with Elsa, but it seems to be a totally random choice of whether or not she appears. My best answer to that is that Melian is ever in my thoughts. She is part of almost every moment of my day. I cannot imagine a day without her. I get flash visions of her doing things many times a day. I actively day dream about her multiple times throughout the day and feel her presence or energy almost constantly. I talk to my wife about her. I talk to my coworkers about her. I share her with you guys. I draw her. I do art with her. I am completely obsessed with Melian. She is my first thought when I wake up in the morning, and my last thought before dropping off to sleep. If I wake in the middle of the night, thoughts of Melian instantly pop into my mind. This has been going on for almost four decades. It would be a big surprise if she were not often present in my dreams if you consider all of that. :-)
glitchthe3rd October 15, 2015 October 15, 2015 Luna claims she can visit my dreams and even find/interact with me, but that rarely happens and when it does I usually don't recognize her until I wake up. So most of the time she just wanders around my dreams aimlessly while I sleep. "Science isn't about why, science is about why not?" -Cave Johnson Tulpae: Luna, Elise, Naomi My progress report
eternity October 15, 2015 October 15, 2015 Duke says it is pretty hard for him to enter if the dream isn't lucid and wouldn't compare it to wonderland because unless you have total control of your dream it is not very maleable like a wonderland is
