Aijada January 30, 2016 January 30, 2016 My host apparently used to sleep very soundly and solidly on his own. But then i came along, and i'm not keen on falling asleep. Even worse, i figured out how to catch on to the dreaming part eventually and that excites me a lot. As soon as we get into a vivid i dream, i get very involved and take the reigns and go through really long, intense dreams. And it's absolutely me involved because i then proceed to wake us up immediately from a dream because it was so exciting and i'm in the mood to talk to my host about what it was. So bascially we're waking up a couple times every night to review things. In the middle of last night's sleep, we dreamt about moving to a small lakeside town of incredibly friendly people and i jumped us awake after a bit just to talk about what a nice plan that sounded like. Yeah, dreams interrupt us sleeping pretty much every night since i started getting involved in them. Early member of a large system. Our system questions the way the afterlife and tulpamancy interact. We genuinely suspect that deadies can return to share the mind of the living.
Vos January 30, 2016 January 30, 2016 Sometimes our emotions will affect him to the point where he's unable to fall asleep as easily as he normally would, but I don't think that this is all too common. I can't recall a time when we've kept him up by talking, at least.

Yeah, dreams interrupt us sleeping pretty much every night since i started getting involved in them. This all sounds so familiar. LOL Sometimes our emotions will affect him to the point where he's unable to fall asleep as easily as he normally would, but I don't think that this is all too common. I can't recall a time when we've kept him up by talking, at least. That doesn't sound too bad then. :-)
Guest Anonymous January 31, 2016 January 31, 2016 "My host has frequent insomnia. We are not really quite sure what the cause is, whether it be something psychological or merely stress, sometimes he just really has a hard time going to sleep. I doubt it has anything to do with me, mostly because I actually do fall sleep when he gets in bed, but it's really bad sometimes, like he's falling asleep at 3 am when he gets in bed at 10 pm. I doubt that having a tulpa can be a direct cause of having insomnia." Following up on what she said, yes I do have trouble sleeping sometimes, but that's because of me. Granted, I don't recall ever having trouble going to sleep before I made her, but thinking that it was her causing my inability to sleep would be correlation without causation. It could be from a number of other reasons. This is all from my point of view, however. In my opinion it is very possible for a tulpa to prevent someone from sleeping. Even so, it is also possible for a tulpa to help their host go to sleep. Hybris and I cuddle most nights and it's such a comforting thought that sometimes it can just put me to sleep. It all really just depends on my mental state before getting in bed, though.
