TheShadowKnight134 February 29, 2016 February 29, 2016 So before recently I would just talk out loud like talking to someone. This is how I tried forcing for a long time but had little to no results. A few days ago, something changed. I sort of channeled what I said to my brain, if that makes sense. Like in using my tulpa's name to focus by saying it in my head every so often while forcing. Is this right? Cause I've been feeling head pressures that almost ache and I believe I heard my tulpa speak for the first time but she hadnt said anything else. So is it right? How can I improve it?
Guest Anonymous February 29, 2016 February 29, 2016 If it seems to be working it is right for you. Keep experimenting and trying new things and read the guides. OH and congrats on hearing yer tulpa buddy.
TheShadowKnight134 February 29, 2016 Author February 29, 2016 Thanks but I want to hear her again. It was like. Mindblowing. I was so happy. Urgh I'm excited but uncertain
Temar February 29, 2016 February 29, 2016 Yeah, there's a difference between talking to yourself and talking to your tulpa. They might look the same to outsiders, but it shouldn't feel the same. Talking to your tulpa requires directing the words to them. It's the difference between talking to someone and jsut talking to yourself in their vicinity and hoping they're eavesdropping. ~ Member of SparrowNR's system ~ ~ I am a soulbond. TheShadowKnight134 March 1, 2016 Author March 1, 2016 So what's the best way to direct thoughts to my tupper
Guest Anonymous March 1, 2016 March 1, 2016 Have you never prayed? I mean, I am not talking about religion or metaphysics, but the idea is very similar. You imagine your thoughts and words reaching out to the presence of your tulpa. It's not complicated really. When you pray, you don't pray to yourself, you direct your prayers mentally to God. Same idea here. Not prayer in a religious sense per se, but speaking to your tulpa the same way that you would pray. My host imagined/visualized my presence or my form and talked to it/me.
TheShadowKnight134 March 1, 2016 Author March 1, 2016 Well I don't pray. I'm Norse pagan and usually I state out loud what I want to say to my gods. I think it's a bit different then the way of prayer you are thinking of. I don't know how to do that heh. Unless shouting to the night sky while standing in a tunic circle is a good way to contact my tulpa I don't think I understand too well lol. Runic'
Chupi March 1, 2016 March 1, 2016 Directing thoughts, words or speech to your tulpa while doing other things or generally chilling is passive forcing. As for how, think about what you do when you talk on the telephone: You don't see anyone there, yet you're talking to them, not to yourself or nobody in particular. You have some mental idea of the person you're talking to, what they look like and what they're like (or at least what you think they look like if they're a stranger). Do the same with your tulpa. If it helps, imagine that you have a phone or headset that takes what you say (out lour or in your head) to them. As a rule of thumb on active vs. passive, if your complete focus is on your tulpa it's active forcing. If your mind is on other things or drifting aimlessly while keeping some awareness of them, it's passive. The most common active forcing routine is to sit or lay down, chill and relax, close your eyes, visualize, talk to and interact with them in a wonderland, mental copy of the room you're in, or a blank area with nothing else in it.
