Thanks for that jean-luc. I thought these were regional. I had no idea there was a 800 number. Stupid me and stupid Davie. There is a website too: http://www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org/

These are mainly for the United States.

You can run from your demons till you are exhausted

One day you'll have to stop and find out what they wanted

A wise man once said: 'Before judging a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that, who cares? He's a mile away, and you've got new shoes.'

Graced are those who could avoid this phenomenon. This is perhaps the worst expression of evil in humanity's history, but who am I to judge?

Or you could make her, you know. When I was in the shit like that, my tulpa would force me to get out of bed and do something.

Well, I had been thinking about switch with her against her own will and ask help, but I don't know if I can do it...

Even if you can, that doesn't mean you should. It would be far better to convince her so that she makes the decision herself. By forcing herself to ask for help by admitting the problem in her own words, she will have taken the first steps toward healing. Also, treating depression involves self-motivation and hard work (at least it did for us), which you can't do if she doesn't want to do it in the first place. And of course, you don't want her resenting you for doing this against her will.

In short, it's better if this is her decision. If she agrees to do it, but wants you to do it for her, that's a different story, but it's not a good idea to force it.

Well, that's the most likely outcome, so I can see why your tulpa did that.

Best of luck to you.
