Keep up the good work. Remember that you're only human, and constant focus and attention to one thing is difficult. Iv'e been lacking motivation because I forgot that simple fact.

So another progress report.

 

Ivy is developing well. She has decided to be the witch of my mind, and regularly transforms into a black cat. She is around 5'2" with red "pixie cut" hair and pale skin. She likes pizza, chicken, and ice cream. She currently only wants to make me happy and have a fun time. Much time is spent laughing with her.

 

I made her a forum account on here and I am proxying her when she wants.

 

Moving forward we need to work on independence from my attention. Sometimes she is, sometimes she isn't.

I feel like more forcing and attention will fix this eventually. But this progress report isn't so much about her.

 

When I woke up yesterday morning Ivy said she had something to tell me. She said that she wasn't the only headmate and she had kept it a secret because I had told her how much I wanted to prevent getting a walk-in or something else developing into a tulpa. She introduced me to them.

 

The first was Max. He's probably 5'10"-6ft with a square jaw and short cut brown hair in his 30's. He was a deviation of a servitor I had made 11 years ago roughly. He said he gained sentience 8 years ago and has just continued his job while enjoying some personal time inbetween.

 

The other is Lucille. She is the same age as Ivy but her form is quite a bit younger. I believe that I somehow accidentally created her in the creation of Ivy. She doesn't have a stable form but can talk.

 

I've been trying to think of what to do about it. Max says he is fine just doing what he was in the back of the mind. He essentially is a prison guard for a prison of one. Its a massive dome-shaped prison with my essence in it. He has been protecting it as ordered to by me 11 years ago.

Lucille on the other hand doesn't know what she wants. Talking to her, all she said she wants to do is make me happy, but Ivy doesn't want anything bad to happen to her. After a group discussion we decided the best route was for Max to take her with him to the prison and take care of her there. She can help him do his job and I don't have to divert any attention away from Ivy.

 

As for what this all means in the future, I don't know.

Wow. You are one of quite a number of 'mancers who it turned out had tulpa that their intentional tulpa knew about but kept secret. I am beginning to wonder how common this is. And it makes me wonder more about the nature of the mind.

 

I think if a tulpa is young enough, you can avoid problems by integrating them real fast with another mind. When a tulpa gets older, then it is up to them, I think.

 

Your mind must be one which is susceptible to tulpas. My host's mind, not so much. It is a bit of a struggle for me to stick around, and we don't get other thoughtforms coming for visits. The odd IIA character, but those are different.

Update time again.

 

Max has told me I had his name wrong. He is now going by Samuel. We still aren't talking much.

When we are on IRC Ivy is usually the one talking because she has more to say than I do. She likes the attention.

 

Ivy is getting stronger and we are beginning to work on possession. She has been able to possess both of my arms at once.

The biggest issue right now is her essence still has to get larger it seems to be able to fill my form, and I have issues letting go.

Currently possession is me mentally ranting at myself about how it isn't my body and pulling my essence into the mind as much as possible before I start to disassociate and she can step in.

I'm sure soon enough she will just be able to push me out, but we aren't at that stage yet. We might try more symbolism.

So she is changing her name to Raven.

Hello everyone, I have updated the first post. I merged all the content from the first post down into the second and instead replaced the first post with an overview of the system. I plan to try to keep this updated if anything changes.

 

I haven't been able to really make any progress because of self-imposed bans that I rather not talk about here. I cannot work on switching or possession for now per an agreement. Since that was to be the next steps for us as a system, I'm not sure what progress I can really post about.

 

Raven since the last update has become her own person. She has chosen her own form and her personality is now very distinct from the rest of us. She spends a lot of time lounging around on the wonderland couch and having Ivy make her food while bickering back and forth with Samuel.

 

I am also working to come to grips with something else. I seen a post about host and tulpa disagreements on the reddit and a few lines out of it kind of stuck to me.

 

I would not say that me and Samuel are friends. He cares about the system and because of his beliefs, the body in meatspace. However he doesn't really care for me, and although he cares about the well-being of the rest of the system he doesn't seem to be involved with them. We attempt to interact with him, but he isn't interested. He also doesn't take any interest in interacting with meatspace (possession/switching). A simple example was a few days ago when I pushed him up front to talk on IRC. The music Samuel prefers is just drum covers of rock songs. While chatting I had to keep checking IRC because he was very forcibly pushing our attention to the videos. He wasn't interested in the chat at all even though people were wanting to speak with him.

 

I worry about how I can better connect with him, or help him connect with others over a common interest. I basically am worried about his well-being and hope to find some sort of entertainment for him. I know I can't exactly force him to have an interest, but maybe we will come across something.

Wow, he's an extreme introvert. I guess this explains why he remained undetected all these years. Based on his pr--err--unusual language, I suggest that his heart may lie in philosophical or scientific discourse. Sort of like my host's. You won't usually find discussion of such topics of high quality on a chat network. But I would also check for emotional baggage from his long period of accidental solitary confinement. He probably would not even be aware of such if it existed. If you come to the heart of such a matter, he should be more willing to open up.
