SolEvil August 3, 2012 August 3, 2012 Most people start with personality, but since you want something to focus on, I suggest you start with visualization. If you are not sure what you want your tulpa to be, then you can do what I did. I wanted my tulpa to have the form of a person. I did not know exactly what I wanted her to look like though. So I imagined her as an outline of a person at first, just to have something to focus on while I did personality.
SolEvil August 3, 2012 August 3, 2012 You don't really 'see' it. You have to look at it with your minds-eye. It will be like a daydream; you don't 'see' it in the traditional sense, you 'see' it in your mind. I don't really know how to explain it any better than that.
QB2 August 3, 2012 August 3, 2012 Imagine that there's a red ball floating in this blackness. Just a sphere. It's simple. Know what it looks like, and you're probably already imagining it. That's what the brain does when it's recalling information... as far as I've experienced. The above post does not contain facts. q2's the host, QB's the tulpa.
QB2 August 3, 2012 August 3, 2012 Well if you can imagine a ball, you can probably imagine pretty much anything the same way. With a little work if it's complicated... If it's really an issue, you could try starting with something simple like a ball and imagine it changing into something else. The above post does not contain facts. q2's the host, QB's the tulpa.
QB2 August 3, 2012 August 3, 2012 Frustration may also be your undoing. You may not realize any minor successes because you're too caught up on what you deem to be major failures. Relax, and take as long as you need working on the small things you can do. The above post does not contain facts. q2's the host, QB's the tulpa.
