Either way it wouldn't matter, because there is no "fast" in the equation. That depends on your skill with whatever aspect of tulpamancy you're working at. Which, for the record, could be pretty fast. Depends how quickly you learn, and how open your mind is. But going fast is more likely to lead to mistakes, or simply leave you with an unstable base to work with. Speed isn't a customizable part of the equation, and this site is all about making tulpas.
