twitching while visualizing?

When I start to have a very good look, especially with her face, I start twitching, anyone else experiences this? It´s not really bothersome, it tells me in fact that I´m going into deep concentration

This sometimes happens with deep relaxation.

general body twitching, may be foot, arm, eye etc and I always twitch when I´m in deep concentration, (but not in seizure style) thanks for your answer :)

They're called hypnic jerks.

The brain makes you twitch every now and again while you are in a resting state just to check if you are asleep or not. If you move, you aren't asleep. Or something like that, sleep is the area of Psychology I've always sucked at.

I twitched so hard and made my mom jumped once when she thought I was sleeping when I forced.

 

Yeah, I was deeply relaxed at the time.

It's a side effect common to several kinds of meditation. Meditation is known to produce all sorts of weird effects. It could be caused by stray signals in the motor cortex. Where do they come from? Nobody knows...

It's nonetheless a semi-useful way to tell if you're overworking your brain's imaginative skills. Can quite tickle or make one jump at times.
