Any advice on the issues I’m having with active forcing in wonderland?

When I active force in wonderland, it always seems very unconnected. I get distracted very easily and when I return to wonderland I’m doing something entirely different with my tulpa than what I was doing a couple minutes ago.
 

I guess one way to describe what is happening is let’s say one minute I’m at a party with my tulpa, the next we’re at our home together doing something else, having a totally different conversation. I try to avoid doing this but it keeps happening. It leads me to being very frustrated with it. I’ve been kind of staying away from wonderland because I know this always happens. I think it makes me question if any of it is real because I can’t decipher what is actually happening from what isn’t. Does anyone have any advice? 
 

Also, forgive me if my terminology is off, I’m sort of new to the community.

I wonder if your mind is jumping around too much and you need to slow things down.

 

Have you tried this submission? Even though it is currently not a guide, I would share a lot of the same advice in it.
