Now she will respond when I take the initiative to chat with her.

Sometime she remind me something.

Am i succeed?

What do you mean by succeed? You succeeded in getting her to respond to you. That's good.

Yes, yes you did. But tulpas grow and develop over time like people. Your relationship to them is a journey not a destination. What that journey is, is up to you.
