These changes are negotiable in many ways. You shouldn't worry too much about it because they generally want to express themselves in a way you will like, it would be self-destructive otherwise if you know what I mean.

 

In my experience, there is flexibility. Also, they have wanted things I couldn't accept and we worked it out in that either they convinced me or I convinced them.
