That's a tough one, I wouldn't let Bear on either. Can we delete them both? Planes are probably safer, no pirates, so ok, delete boats and we'll have a huge economic crisis but it was bound to happen eventually.

 

Frogs or rain, like it'll never rain again anywhere or every frog on Earth gets it. I know someone who would love this question, but whoever wants to tackle it, go ahead.

My host studied human learning and extrinsic motivation is seen as just a short-term fix. Building intrinsic motivation is usually the goal as I understand it. It may be more difficult but it would also be a huge drain to have to constantly give people prizes to make them want to do anything.
