Bed, because a bed without a mattress would mean you're just sleeping on a slab of wood or something.

 

Fish or Birds?

Fish, birds can be fun to be around and many types are tastey too.

Tables or Chairs?

Chairs. Japan got along pretty well without them. Tables are obligatory.

 

Onions or Garlic?

Garlic because I don't use it them as much as onions.

That's a question that divides systems...

 

I say cats. Dogs are just friendlier, and I would love a Yorkie.

 

Eli (my host) says dogs. He knows cats are indifferent, but they're too cute and he is just one of those people that cats love.

 

In the end, I still say cats.

 

Potatoes or Wheat?

Wheat because I believe potatoes are more nutritious than wheat. That question can be complicated though considering if you were to have a sandwich, you would need bread with some sort of wheat substitute. Otherwise it would just be jam, ham, or lettuce on the plate.

 

Writing or instruments?

Instruments. Writing makes preservation of knowledge more efficient.
