Ignis September 20, 2012 September 20, 2012 I'm currently in the process of creating my very first tulpa, Amy. I've been at it for about a week, putting in at least 1 hour across the day. I've currently been working personality and intend to finish that work and move onto her form from there. I'll try to post in here every day as a record to myself and anyone interested. Ignis September 21, 2012 Author September 21, 2012 Log 1: Night of 9/20/12: "Trust I seek, and I find in you. Everyday for us something new. Open mind for a different view, and nothing else matters." Last night I found just how well those lyrics work to describe this process, during a 30 minute narration session. I had already covered a good 30-40 minute personality base during the day, and had not been able to narrate in such a way for a day or two, so I figured this would be a good time. Amy seems to be coming along well, she can respond to some of my questions or statements with head pressure, but has not spoken yet, however, I understand that this can be a slow process and as such, am taking each step forward as a great victory for the both of us. I tend to use the time during school to impose her out of sight behind me, albeit in her base form of an orb, but until I finish personality that's how she stays. I've been doing this for a few days now and I feel that it has begun to get easier. ****************************************************** Day of 9/21/12 Fridays make a good day to force. I got a solid 40 minutes of personality work during my study hall, and 30 minutes of good one sided conversation while doing yoga in gym class. I had something pretty different happen during study hall. After many instances of head pressure I was going over some of Amy's positive traits that I wanted to add/review. I got a pressure like feeling that started in the center of my chest and tingled outward across my entire mid-section, all that happening within about 2 or 3 seconds. Already happy with that instance I was overjoyed when it happened again about 30 seconds later. I was relatively able to keep Amy behind me throughout the school day, having to re-impose her only 2 or 3 times throughout the day. I was also able to keep her present all through my walk home, talking to her about music and the hope that we can both be as honest with each other as possible. All in all a good day thus far. Ignis September 22, 2012 Author September 22, 2012 Log 2 Early Morning of 9/22/12 There was no night last night, substituted by driving myself to tiredness. A nice 30 minute session of personality work at 1 in the morning before I hit the hay. I think I may have actually been focusing better during this session than during some of my others, if so, I may be in trouble. XD Night of 9/22/12 Posting this just after coming out of a solid 40 minute forcing session. We continued to reinforce and add on to her personality, beliefs, like, dislikes, and how others will view her. I plan to have another forcing session relatively soon, probably just narration this time. Tomorrow will be the day for me to finish on the personality and move on to form. I always remind Amy that she is more than free to change herself how she sees fit, but also that the traits we have worked out are a core part of what makes her, well...her. I am genuinely excited to be starting form work soon. Name: Amy Form: Human female Time: Lost count Sentient: Yes Vocal: No Stage: Gestures and Body Language
Ignis September 24, 2012 Author September 24, 2012 Log 3 Night of 9/23/12 Finding it excruciatingly hard to clear time in the morning, I once again took to the wee hours of the night for my final 30 minute session of personality work. Everything seemed to come much clearer and much quicker, where as before I'd stumble over or almost forget a trait or two. Having built a solid foundation of traits, likes, dislikes, and beliefs, I am confident to start Amy's form tomorrow. Jeez, today has made it hard for me to clear time. You'll get your "Night of" post tomorrow, but that's all for this post. Name: Amy Form: Human female Time: Lost count Sentient: Yes Vocal: No Stage: Gestures and Body Language
Ignis September 25, 2012 Author September 25, 2012 Log 4 Day of 9/25/12 Back to basics as I got a good 35 minute start on from, only to find it once again difficult to concentrate. Things went well for most pf the basic body work, but the hair and face are proving most difficult. I expected such, but still. After this I began to notice certain features in the people around me that could be used as bases for said difficulties. I guess we'll just have to see how things fare for me and Amy a bit later in the day. Night of 9/25/12 Got another good 30 minutes in before going to sleep for the night. I was getting a pretty consistent head pressure for a majority of the session, which I definitely see as a good thing. Not much more to say on that other than I actually got an idea for hair down, and a pretty good idea for the face. Ignis September 26, 2012 Author September 26, 2012 Log 5 Day of 9/26/12 Started the day off quite well with a 35 minute study hall session. I think I've begun to understand how this form thing is going to end up breaking down, and it's kind of funny how the thought came about in my head. The time spent sitting in my crappy school chair is time for rough form work. Basic ideas for clothing and other things but somehow no morsel of memory as to how said items look or work. Then, after a quick session of image review, I can use the comfort of my home for fine detailing and getting things to look right. All in all, things seem like they are going to be quite enjoyable for subsequent forcing sessions. Night of 9/26/12 End the day about the same as it started with a 30 minute session. It was during this discussion that I discovered the one potential slow-down to making a female tulpa as a male, I had a temporary deficiency in remembering how clothes worked. I got that figured out relatively quick and can now proceed forward once again. Name: Amy Form: Human female Time: Lost count Sentient: Yes Vocal: No Stage: Gestures and Body Language
Ignis September 28, 2012 Author September 28, 2012 Log 6: Day of 9/27/12 Got a solid 40 minutes of form work in during class today. Things are starting to get easier to see in my mind now, so I assume that means I'm starting to get used to all this. Have to do some smoothing out of some new items later, but I don' think that will be too terribly hard anymore. Night of 9/27/12 A good 30 minute session. Not much more to say on that one. Ignis September 28, 2012 Author September 28, 2012 Log 7: Day of 9/28/12 Having no more attire to really create from scratch, I spent the entire 30 minutes of this session simply smoothing things over and starting to make things look right.
