how to make tulpa for myself

do you guys know how to make tulpa yourself, i'm very lonely, i want a friend that only i can see and interact with. please provide the procedure

   There are guides that will show you the most basic methods of making a tulpa and some that will get as detailed as possible.

 

   

 

   

   The best place to start would be the General guides, so you can get an overview of what this all is. After that, you should be familiar with terms enough to research further. I'd make sure this is something you're interested in at a concept level; although a good reason for wanting one, this isn't the most efficient way of getting rid of loneliness.
