We can't be intimate and it's kinda made a rift. She tries to be intimate with me but it just never really works. I've been unfaithful to her, and despite the fact I don't deserve it she still loves me and wants to get married. I want to be faithful to her, because I do love her, but I have needs. Is it possible to be intimate with a tulpa? How is that done?

So, you discuss with your headmate about which thrills both you and her then you visualize doing so.
