bromask July 19, 2023 July 19, 2023 i already have several headmates, but i've been trying to educate myself on visualization and there is little info tbh. most people with tulpas i know are russian and a lot of them have a good visualization of their tulpa (im slavic as well so yeah). i've been thinking about this for years so yeah, and i already have headmates for a really long time and i want to know more abt visualization of the headmate. any guides or tips are welcome, please and thank you : ) IT/ITS, call me bromask or sasha

ringgggg July 27, 2023 July 27, 2023 Go and hit up JD's guide, he wrote some pretty helpful stuff. Quick tip: Don't expect a miracle, it's mainly utilizing the mind's eye. Picture an apple right now. The space in your mind that you used to picture said apple will be the exact same space in which you'll visualize your tulpa. Good luck, friend D-prime is shrinking as we speak.
