Tulpa trying to speak

so. for about some days now, my tulpa has been trying, or so i believe it to be, to comunicate with me, every five(ish) minutes, i have auditory halucinations, if im on my computer, ill usualy hear the steam chat warning of recieving a message, or, if im out, ill usualy hear my cellphone from across the room recieving a text message, even if its on my pocket.

 

being that the auditory halucinations all derive, or, aswell, based of the sounds of comunication alerts, ive come to believe my tulpa is trying to comunicate.

 

ive asked about this on the shoutbox, and sands and the other guys were helpfull, but now i have a better question about this.

 

usualy how long, if, of course, has this ever happened to anyone, it takes for the tulpa to begin talking, i already expect the normal awser, its diferent to everybody, but, how may i help my tulpa speak? i narrate quite alot during the day and i am unsure of what to do to help it become vocal.

Well, no one can say anything about time, seeing that every tulpa and host is unique and what is easy to some is very difficult to others. You already expected that answer, but afraid there is nothing else I can say about that, haha.

 

We have some experience with auditory hallucinations way before speech, yes. A try at communicating in the way the host would understand and hear well, but it is very difficult to do that way. Or at least, has been very difficult to us, haha. I'm sure you know by now, but the guides talking about a sudden, clear and distinct actually audible voice is not what most tulpa start out with when getting vocal. You should know that, before you continue.

 

Thoughts and mind voices are easier for the tulpa, but can be difficult for the host to hear or accept as the tulpa. They can start out very similar to yours, if not identical. I think the key component is to actually listen. The tulpa can already talk in some way, but you are having difficulty picking it up. Quiet your mind and believe would be my suggestion.
