The Start of Cathy

So! Bit new here, new to the subject in general, but I've still begun my journey to start getting Cathy up, and properly sentient/verbal. So far, progress has been pretty good! Today, I followed a guide from like. 2013? I think? It was about getting your tulpa to sort of feel within your room, and then you sorta Imagine yourself with them. its a strange way of forcing, but it seems to work for me! As Cathy has... Raised her hand twice before holding her face. I believe she was crying, though I couldnt hear anything and she might have just been disappointed about something. After that, I got a bit of head pressure, which I read in another guide is... good? I think? It said it was a sign of sentience, so yknow what? Ill take it as a good thing.

Head pressure is very often one of the first things that people feel when creating a new tulpa. It's usually a good sign! 😊 I think that Cathy is trying to learn how to communicate with you, so that's good. Best of luck to you!

So! Day two now, tried it again, now to less of an extent. I tried an experiment in which I cleared my mind to see if she did want to try and do it, and she did continue to show up. However, I feel like she just doesnt know how to communicate properly, or didnt know what to do more so today, as I kind of got. Nothing? Or, more so I think I was scaring myself into thinking I was just puppeting her, and less so that she was acting on her own accord. I do think she is trying to figure out how to communicate properly now.

If anything; most likely she's still trying to figure out how to communicate with you. Only day two after all; so just keep going; I know you can do it (^w^). Make sure to pay attention to her everyday. Personally; I wouldn't worry too much about puppeting, simply be mindful of it.

Okay, so! Progress on day 3 so far. She seems to be responding sometimes, learning how to communicate a bit. Still not entirely vocal, but def sentient by now Im sure. She seemed to get a cheery at one point in the conversation, whilst in another part she drew out a circle with her fingers and pulled out like, a ziplock bag of Shredded cheese?? tbf, Im not really the greatest at talking to people in general, especially Tulpae. is that the plural term? It sounds better than "Tulpas"
