Okay so yesterday I did some stuff and got some stuff back, procrastinated hard today and didn’t get around to it though, I’ll do it tomorrow

Imo, 5 minutes is better than nothing. I'd personally say to force for at least 20 minutes every day; but anything counts ^w^. Even idly talking to your tulpa while doing menial real-life stuff (in your mind, not out loud near other people) helps quite a bit.
Also, to go back to what ring was talking about, the two main types of forcing are active and passive forcing. Active forcing is where you sit down; and meditate on your tupp. Passive forcing is talking to your tulpa while doing other stuff. Ideally, you should do a mix of both. I'm not all too experienced though, so I'd recommend asking other users.
     Good luck Winnie & Cathy!

meant to do it again today, but once again procrastinated, andddd didnt get anything done, and now Im scared to do it because I read that like, doing it before you fall asleep will mess with it because it pulls from your dreams or smth?? unsure, that was apparently a pretty old post, on top of the fact that the repost was from like. 3 years ago now

((I'm inclined to disagree. We often meditate before bed until Bee becomes too tired to focus. I don't believe it's negatively impacted me.))

It's seriously the best way to relax, plus if you're lucky you might even see your tulpa in your dreams! Just like with any other dream person, they might not behave the way they normally do, but as long as you recognize that I think you're fine.

This is most likely false. When I active force in the half-sleep state, I'll either have terrible focus or just fall asleep halfway in. This is probably true for imposition practice too, lol

I'd like to remind you that every resource in the tulpa community has to be taken with a grain of salt, thanks to the subjectivity of interpretation (or trolling, we're on a forum after all). Because there's not currently any official scholarly big-name study that's conclusive to anything relating to tulpamancy, everything's on the table. This isn't me saying not to believe anything you see on here, this is me employing you to go out there and find a verdict on what works for you.

The general consensus is just a recommendation on what may or may not work for you based on what has worked for several others. The mainstream techniques and agreed-upon things in tulpamancy rely solely on the input of other people rather than objective fact.

Where'd you read this from, anyway? I'm curious to know.

uhhh tbh I think it was a Greentext thing? idk, I found it on Reddit because I was like "Oh, well, surely they have some helpful stuff!". Some of its helpful, a lot of its just art, but a good bunch of its motivating at least.

Righto! Ill try that along with the usual normal forcing later today, we'll see if it helps

For the love of all that is holy and good, please don't follow any tulpa advice on 4chan. It's at the bottom of the practicality list. They're still stuck in 2013 for some reason, lol

You're probably pretty excited right now, but don't get too jumpy. Just know that when the novelty of having a tulpa wears off, it'll be time to lock in. Channel that excitement into improving things for you and Cathy right now so you can thank yourself later.

If you want to get serious about active forcing, all you need to worry about in the start is just sitting down and doing some sort of it. Don't worry about time too much, just worry about if you're doing it every day or not. Focusing on progress before forcing becomes a habit is like putting the cart before the horse. You'll still need some sense of direction in the start, but don't go full throttle until active forcing gradually becomes a regular thing.

Don't get mad at yourself if you missed a day! Mistakes and crappy days will come as no surprise later, and you'll find that giving them attention in general may be a waste of your precious energy. Just move on; there's nothing you can do about what's already happened, so just make things better the next time around.

Alright, so, today! So far at least, pretty alright. Earlier in the day, I sorta heard within my mind (yknow when youre thinking to yourself and like, you imagine how something sounds? Yeah, like that) anyways, I heard something that was like "Whats she mad about?" which, kinda came out of nowhere given the fact I was focused on something else at the time, however I also had a similar thing happen with the phrase "Not a chance" instead when forcing earlier soo. I dunno, maybe its just my mind thinking without fully thinking, but I feel like I might either be a bit too sided towards being too skeptical, or assuming that stuff is tulpa stuff, when its just me thinking.
