Alright, I know I haven’t been the most active, but I’m properly trying to kickstart this again! I’ve got proper goals now rather than just going in which I think should help, and I’m properly doing it now instead of just thinking about it!

Mhm! I feel like actually sitting down and just turning my brain off for like, 20 minutes really helped me get myself into the sorta mindset of "I can do this"

I may be getting a bit cocky, but I already feel like I could try some wonderland stuff. Ive always been pretty decent at Visualization and the like, and my most recent session thingie kinda proved that to myself

Alright, I hurt my finger the other day which kinda broke my focus a lot of the time, but Im actually doin it today! As in, Meditation of SOME sorts. Forcing, whatever you want to call it

Mandatory once a month update! Im gonna try to make this into like a weekly update, HOWEVER: In this time, I have some results. Its nothing big, but if I do try and focus on her, she does talk back... sometimes. Im not really sure if its HER her, or just me putting words in her mouth, but its something either way!... If I focus on her. Oh well, good first step!
