Sentient tulpa mind control?

So last night I had a dream where I was watching a show where one of the characters (who looked errily like Pixel) was beaing mind controlled by another character. So I woke up wondering if someone with a sentient/vocal tulpa could control the mind of said tulpa.

 

Not puppeing/parroting, but taking over their mind so they ar more or less a proxy for your thoughts, except they speak those thoughts in their own way. Could this be possible?

 

Inb4 sands tells me to force/fuck off.

Now ah, Sands has many characters he sort of... possesses. He becomes them but they also become him. I suppose your way of putting it as inserting your own thoughts into them and making them do things, but in their own way, more or less is what it is. They aren't tulpa, however, just dolls. And well, I think I would much rather have my head occupied with my own thoughts, so I am not very interested in testing this out...
