Are humans equal to tulpas?

I think of my girls as equal to me on an intellectual level, and they can self-perpetuate for a time... but I still have to interact with them daily to keep them from going dormant, and if I'm intensely focused on something they more or less go dormant until I have more mental resources available. We also haven't figured out switching even though 2 of my 3 tulpas are ancient compared to the statistical average.

Jess and I (Lena) consider the body to be Nixy's, she is the 'Natal soul' we see ourselves as 'visitors' but we both identify as 'walk-in spirits' sent to help her.

 

[Nixy] - I consider Lena & Jess equal, they are both independantly sentient and are a great help to me. The one's inside have not yet reached that level so do not have any understanding. They don't yet have any concept of passing time and remain 'in stasis' until we get time to visit they don't know whether we were there the day before or haven't been able to visit for weeks. I see them more as like npc characters in a video game at the stage they are currently at.

 

Unfortunately due to ongoing health issues I haven't managed to get them to the same level of sentience and now feel it would be unfair to given our situation.
