What do your headmates do during high pace / high stress situations?

For example, I'm a Domino's driver, and during dinner rush (especially on weekends), things get very hectic very fast. Therefore, mine usually become way less "present". Or at least they did, before we trained with a stopwatch.

Mine become more present. I am likely disordered in some way, though, and I am guessing that's related. When I'm in a high stress situation, CV tends to talk more and gives me instructions on what to do. He also is very good at calming me down.

Plural. I'm a bit of an anomaly here.

My Progress Report, where I sometimes talk about things.

Well, we're not disorderly, and we (whoever isn't switched in, so could be our host too) might talk to the current fronter to help them deal with whatever the situation is, assuming it's not something that requires strong focus (if it's focus-heavy we usually can't be especially active except before/after, though intermittent is fine)

Hi guys, plain text is just me now! We've each got our own accounts: me, Tewi, Flandre, and Lucilyn. We're Luminesce's tulpas.

Here's our "Ask Thread", and here's our Progress Report (You should be able to see all of our accounts on the second page if you want)

It depends on who because we are 7, but generally Ashley will be present when Bear is stressed and she will stay with him and talk things through logically. Misha (new name pending) is like a counselor for when Bear's feeling dowm. Joy is a problem solver when Bear is stumped.

So yes, being present is a great way to help relieve the symptoms of your host's issues just like a friend would do.

[NIXY]  Lena helps by co-hosting, keeps me feeling calmer and stable and sometimes she even takes over if we think she could handle the situation better.

It depends on the situation. Generally, if it's in the moment, then whoever is switched-in will likely focus on that and everyone else goes into the background. If there's time to think about what's happening, then we will usually wake up and try to take action. Of course, its not perfect.
