How does your taste in music compare to your tulpa's?

Khoja seems to have taken a liking to dance and has latched onto the more slow melodic music that I listen to, or generally just dancable stuff. Not like party jumping up and down dancing to pop music, like artistic dance. Things like certain songs from Radiohead, Bombay Bicycle Club, The Black Keys, and a little bit of Daft Punk. I judge songs based on the emotions they make me feel, she seems to judge them based on how well she can dance to them. I don't know the first thing about dancing, so it's really interesting to see her perspective.

I really started to pay attention to this a few weeks ago one time when I was listening to "Cheating" by Jack Steadman, followed by Black Mud by the Black Keys, followed by Montanita by Ratatat. I was blown away.

 

I haven't tried getting her into more music outside of that general vibe though, like fun stuff like Cake or Chili Peppers, or seeing if she likes music that I don't.

 

What about you guys?

Well, mine isn't vocal yet.. But I have to say, my hopes aren't too high for it to like Italo Disco :D

Most of mine like the same stuff as I do, basically... except Elise. She likes rock music and despises techno for some reason.

Shin likes his own music, that he makes. He also likes ones that are sad, disturbing and full of emotion, like Gloomy Sunday.

 

Lucifer likes anything really, besides the usual mainstream shit that plagues the earth.

 

Hash likes things like Sleepyhead by Passion Pit.

 

Dunno about Tesla.

 

I like the same as Shin, but also dubstep/drumstep.

Saphira enjoys most of my music. Indie, folk, alternative, etc. She hates my metal though.
