If you Tulpa can access your subconscious, and therefore past and long forgotten memories, then they can also pick up other stuff, right?

Such as things you pick up, but cast aside as being useless information. We do this everyday, we notice a TON of things but we only notice a small fraction of these things, in our conscious minds. Obviously, otherwise we would be overloaded with information.

But not everything is just thrown out. So could our tulpae pick out stuff our subconscious notices but we don't?

I'm sure most of you have taken this test, already, but if tulpae really can delve into your subconscious, then would they be able to pick out the gorilla for you, so to speak?

Would you have heightened senses due to your tulpa picking up on things that you don't notice?

Yes, they should, but this doesn't mean they would know what to look for, just that you could look for more stuff than usual.

Is it weird that I managed to count all of the passes and still noticed the gorilla? Should I feel special?

Think of it this way.

When you see an image, that image gets passed to your brain, where processing is performed on it (flipping it right side up, etc). Then you can glean information from the image.

What we are doing when we impose a tulpa is adding a procedure to that processing stage that inserts the tulpa into that image, allowing us to "see" it.

So it makes logical sense that the tulpa, having complete access to your mind and relying on your senses, would be able to go over your mental images on their own time and notice things you didn't. The same with all other senses.

So it possible on some level? Obviously no one is talking about having a near perfect memory by asking your tulpa or noticing things Sherlock Holmes style. Mainly because unless you are asking your tulpa different random things like "What was the date of that concert I saw in that newspaper this morning?", they aren't going to tell you "Hey, if you can't think of anything to do, there's that concert happening tonight" out of the blue. They won't know what you don't remember, unless you try to remember it.

lol.

But seriously, can anyone maybe think up some things where a person with a Tulpa would be at an advantage to someone without?

Are you kidding?

"Hey dude, I bet you $5,000 dollars you can't recite every line of Revenge of the Sith lol"

"The first person to tell me what 6829 x 27 is gets free tickets to a world cruise"

"You are nothing more than criminal scum. You don't even deserve to be around the other prisoners. So we're putting you in solitary confinement for the next 2 years."

You mean that all the lines in a movie you saw are committed to memory? Wouldn't that stuff be mostly thrown out?

I don't get how having a tulpa makes you faster at maths, or anything like that.

I wouldn't mind prison at all if I had a tulpa. Come to think of it, being in prison would make it much easier to tulpaforce.

Imagine getting your whole cell block doing it.

So could a tulpa pick up on subliminal messages?

People have reported their tulpa being able to read an entire book from years ago.
