= Okay Steven, no problem, thanks for considering it.

= Sorry for the mediocre writing, but at least I got some writing done, that's better than nothing, right?

Spoiler

Narrator: The framed pictures start glowing with darkness, an anti-light that surrounds them, absorbing the light around them, Reid and Roza gravitate to a picture each, Reid to a picture of someone looking lost and confused, in a panicked state of mind, and Roza to a picture of someone who is sitting at a birthday party on their own, looking down at their tear soaked birthday cake. Both images cause distress in both of their minds.

Reid: I don't want to lose my ability to think clearly! I don't want to forget about my loved ones!

Roza: I don't want to feel alone, lost with noone to share my life with, no one to talk to or cuddle!

Narrator: The two start to freak out out, looking around, fidgeting and turning around, all with increased heart rate and breathing.

Mishal: This is the darkness that people are not willing to accept, the hard truth that lies underneath the false sense of security, and the delusional idea that people have control over their lives.

Reid: Huh...?

Narrator: The two suddenly calm down and turn around feeling emotionally numb, they see a half human hight floating blob of blue goo in front of them.

Roza: Now what? You're going to lecture us?

Mishal: I'm sorry, that's not my intention.

Roza: Oh, so you're not our replacement teacher then?

Mishal: Eh...?!

Roza: *blank expression of innocence*

Narrator: This blue blob starts melting and bubbling, parts of it flick onto Reid and Roza, causing them to have a vision each.

Narrator: In vision 1, Reid sees their mom on the floor, who they then realise isn't there mom, but rather... someone elses...? They try to pick them up but they can not as they are too heavy, there vision blurs as time fast forwards to seeing them being taken away in an ambulance, then to seeing them at a hospital bed, the doctor says that she's isn't expected to wake up, due to her sleep acne resulting in her brain not receiving enough oxygen while asleep, time skips again, and now they are giving birth to them, dispite not being thier mom.

Zara: Are you okay Narrator?

Narrator: ...

Zara: I'll take that as a yes, hopefully...

Narrator: In vision number 2, Roza sees herself in a cold flat at the top floor, loud music and banging noises are heard, then they stop, Roza goes to there laptop and types up conversations that she would like to have with people, she wonders why she's doing this, as her body seems to be moving by itself, after typing, she closes the laptop and glazes out of the window, looking at the buzy highway road and wondering just how many people there are out there, and how many of them had been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to make friends before they became old enough to start to resist the idea of making them, then the vision ends.

Narrator: The blob of goo is now a puddle on the floor. Reid and Roza are back to normal now, the lights flicker on and off a few times, the square stools with the framed pictures have been replaced with just two large round tables each with a giant framed picture on each, the pictures are the same as they were before, but now the larger size reveals the outer parts od the pictures. One the representation of dementia, there is a cash machine with the time and date displayed on it, it is only a few years from now with the same time and month/day, and on the other picture, that represents loneliness, there is a time and date on an alarm clock, again showing a year only a few years from now with the same month/day.

Reid: Hey, that date...

Roza: Who are these people?

Narrator: A flash of white light temporary blinds then and they have another vision each.

Narrator: In vision 3, They see themselves making an appointment to see the doctor for a routine checkup, but this vision blurs and fast forwards to them receiving a phone call to tell them that they have forgotten the appointment for the second time in a row, they see themselves get up upset pace up and down, then the vision blurs and they see a wedding, at this wedding they see someone who they don't recognise, this person claims to be thier daughter, but they simply can't remember raising them for many many years, then the vision ends.

Narrator: In vision 4, Roza sees their life start to fall apart as they are now stuck in an infinite loop of watching everyone and everything that they care about drift further and further away from them, they try to catch up with them but it's no use, they are talking to each other, laughing, and learning, getting though hard times, marring, getting a house, moving on, meanwhile they always arrive to the party after it has finished, with memorys of conversations that don't feel right, they can't remember what they did yesterday let alone learn a new language, there only comfort is the void, which is never quite and filled with regret and restlessness, then the visions ends.

Granted, the economy somehow sees a massive boom and spending is up which reduces prices, but your life starts to fall apart as you are now stuck in an infinite loop of watching everyone and everything that you care about drift further and further away from you, you try to catch up with them but it's no use, they are talking to each other, laughing, and learning, getting though hard times, marring, getting a house, moving on, meanwhile you always arrive to the party after it has finished, with memorys of conversations that don't feel right, you can't remember what you did yesterday let alone learn a new language, your only comfort is the void, which is never quite and filled with regret and restlessness.

Edit: I forgot the wish, lol.

I wish that everyone could start again in life over and over until they are successful.

Narrator: The two large framed photos shatter into several pieces.

Amanda: There you two are! Am sorry, we lost you.

Narrator: Both Reid and Roza approach Amanda but then she turns into three crows and jump scares them, flying past them at speed nearly touching in a sudden poof of grey smoke and caar bird noise.

Reid: Lets try and open the locked door.

Roza: Yeah, we should try and get out of there.

Narrator: They try using physical forces, RPG powers and Emoji magic, but the door won't budge at all.

Reid: We can try and find another exit, how spooky can this place be, huh?

Roza: Yeah, not spooky at all. Let's go.

Narrator: The two walk down a carpet path that leads around the arcade machines to another room with more arcade machines including double shooting game cabinets, a basketball machine, mini bowling and an enclosured area where tickets can be exchanged for prizes, the prizes vary a lot in ticket price. At the end of the path there is another locked door, this door is just as unmovable as the other one. Reid looks at Roza with a blank stare.

Roza: What are you doing?! That's creeping me out!

Reid: Who are you...? Why are we walking around here together? Do we know each other?

Roza: Eh...?!

Reid: I must be crazy! I thought I saw someone there, but it was me... all the time.

Roza: No!! *slaps Reid* That's not funny!!

Narrator: Roza's hand goes though the air without hitting Reid as he waa not actually there, Reid tapes Roza on the shoulder.

Reid: Whap happened?!

Roza: Eh?! Oh... that arcade machine is still messing with our minds isn't it?

Reid: What does it even want from us?

Narrator: A blue blob emerges from the ground and starts to float.

Mishal: Of all the fears I've come across the one that is the most confusing... is the fear of death. People would rather rot and suffer in torment than simply lie down and rest.

Zara: It's not as simple as that Mishal! Sometimes we just can't see how good things are.

Mishal: You're deluded. And you seek to delude others, how disgusting...

Zara: You take that back!

Mishal: Sorry.... I do take that back.

Zara: Then why say it then?

Mishal: It needed to be sai-

Zara: No it didn't!

Reid: Where is that blue light comming from?

Roza: Hey look! Another path we can follow.

Narrator: Reid and Roza contine to walk down a split in the calpet path to another room with arcades cabinets of various classic arcades games like San Francisco Rush 2048, Pacman and Bomberman, double with shooting games, and also there are large glass enclosures with animatronic geckoes and Lizards.

Zara: See...? Narrator gets it.

Mishal: ...

Narrator: Roza sees one of these robot geckoes surround by others and robot lizards, they move to the side where Roza is and try to climb out of the enclosure.

Roza: No don't climb out. You're safer in there.

Geko: Robot deactivated.

Roza: Huh...?

Narrator: The robot gecko had shut itself down and slid back down the 45 degree angle glass wall. Reid and Roza walk down the carpet path to a flight of stairs. The upstairs has been blocked by fallen rubble, so they turn to go downstairs, but Sarah appears in front of them.

Sarah: That's the wrong way! You need to go upstairs to wake up, you're both dreaming at the arcade machine. Here, let me conveniently unblock this... rubble... in this otherwise structurally sound building.

Narrator: Sarah make the rubble float away, Reid and Roza are unsure of following her advice is a good idea.

Amanda: You're really at the arcade machine! Don't worry, just go upstairs.

Narrator: Reid and Roza go upstairs and find themselves slumped over the arcade machine that Reid put three dollars in earlier, still holding onto the arcade guns. The arcade still looks like it's been long abandoned, but now Sarah, Amanda and Alexander are with them, and the door in the room that is an exit looks different from before. Sarah detaches both arcade guns from the arcade machine and gives them to Reid and Roza after tinkering with the back of the double arcade cabinet for around ten minutes with an assortment of different gadgets and gismos.

Amanda: You mustn't play anymore of these games okay? I'm so sorry I didn't warn you about this earlier, I didn't know. Now we need to go back to the food area, right now.

Narrator: The group head over to the exit door but Amanda slips on a toy truck and falls over, hitting her head on the corner of a penny pusher machine, knocking her unconscious.

Alexander: Amanda!! *scrambles to pick Amanda up can uses EE power to heal her injury.

Narrator: Then the group return to the food area and nothing else of note happeneds.

Narrator: THE END.

Zara: What is this...? A fake ending? Is this your idea of a joke?

Narrator: Well it least it's not the broom closet ending.

System: This is a reference to the broom closet ending in "The Stanley Parable" video game.

Amanda: I like how system basically does what I used to do a long time ago. Uh-um!

Zara: Yyyes.

Narrator: At the food area the people there look slightly different, some of them now appear to have orange irises, Sarah tells the other students that they now have to go back to the eco done area, so sge leads the students, the teachers and herself to a far away hidden area in an enclosed locked away park with a trap door to a bunker with a teleporter room and chamber inside, they all teleport to the eco dome, an area with many small houses amongst one large house, a canal and small teleporter room next to the large house, Sarah takes the group inside the teleporter room to another teleporter room with a glass wall that the earth fron space can be viewed, the Sarah fiddles with levers and buttons, huddles the group over a circle with a pattern, it glows blue and them the group are teleported to the outside of a school, this one being different from the other school as it is slightly bigger, but it looks practically the same. Sarah asks what Reid and Roza a question.

Spoiler

Narrator: The school that they are in front of is surrounded by a murky coloured, yet solid ground, with a swirling path if light blue pebbles and a tarmac road, and dark green grass hills.

Roza: How did you help in our dream?

Sarah: We should head inside first.

Narrator: They all go inside the school building, walk up a hallway, passing through two doors, then they all go through a blue portal at a vending machine to an outside candy land world area, it is sunny with no clouds, they then all gather around Sarah to hear her speak, she looks at Reid and Roza.

Sarah: That arcade cabinet that gave you both those visions was transferred from eternal source, it wasn't supposed to be in that arcade, I contacted the owner, at first they refused to speak with me, but they soon changed there mind when I told them that I work for TimePsy, a company that is the result of MetaPsychic and Intergalactic Time And Spatial Dimensions, also known as time police.

Roza: Oooh!

Reid: Hold on...! Time and space!?

Sarah: It's not as exciting as it sounds unfortunately. Time and dimension travel is extremely expensive.

Reid: I see...

Sarah: Okay, to answer your question Roza. The company owner revealed a company secret, that they had been worshipping a god know as Anarch, the god of chaos.

Reina: *shocked look*

Sarah: Yes, Reina, THAT... Anarch. I know he likes to troll us as "Rosen" but they he is still a god. He gave the arcade owner that arcade cabinet, they were in denial about what extent this machine had been altering the reality around it, so they came clean and accepted their prison sentence it seemed that the guilt had been consuming them for a while, over a year, I told then they will receive a reduced sentence, and a small fine, they then gave me a magic 8 ball and set of tools to hack into the arcade machine. I'm a qualified engineer already, so I knew how to free you both from the visions Reid and Roza, I just had to disrupt the machine and replace it with my own, which you both are out of now by the way...

Roza: Or are we...? /j

Narrator: In a poof of pink smoke, a floating "/j" balloon appears.

Sarah: What is that? A tone tag? Hmm...

Narrator: Sarah takes out a small ball device, a blue line of light swipes the balloon to scan it.

Sarah: It appears that it only has visual properties. I suspected as much, but never seen an emoji user summon one by accident.

Roza: Errm...

Reid: So you're the teacher of the machine creation class?

Sarah: That is correct, yes.

Reid: What is that device.

Narrator: Sarah retrieves and hands over an A7 size pamphlet to Reid from her backpack.

Sarah: You may borrow this for 24 hours. Only YOU... may read it.

Reid: Okay...

Roza: Is Anarch a good guy or a bad guy?

Sarah: A little of both... a true neutral, in a sense.

Student: You mean chaotic neutral?

Sarah: Yes, but I believe the personality is too complex to simply to any grid.

Reina: What do we do head teacher..? Miss Honeywell.

Sarah: What do you mean? We are mere morals, what hope do we have against a god? Although... the one thing they can not control, is time... we do have that advantage, even though Alexander had already spent our next year of energy already, as our lives were needed to be saved from..... *looks away* an event.

Alexander: It could be as simple as a time trap. And endless loop of time that is separate from our own.

Sarah: There is no such thing as parallel timelines, there is one one state of time, it will not work.

Alexander: Then wh-

Sarah: There is a...

Alexander: Go ahead.

Sarah: There is a way to become a god... but this path requires... hmm... maybe not...

Alexander: What is it?

Sarah: I was thinking of how god creates a universe, what rules do they place down, and for what reasons.

Alexander: You're forgetting something.

Sarah: What?

Alexander: These are not gods in a traditional sense. They simply have power over this simulation.

Sarah: What if I were to tell you that the simulation may actually be something else.

Alexander: Nonsense! What else could it be?

Sarah: Something behond our understanding...

Zara: *points upwards* I have a chessboard... we can play chess.

Alexander: No thank you, Zara. If time exists only in one state, then what is a quantum superposition?

Sarah: Err... I don't believe... in quantum.

Alexander: Why?

Sarah: Because it shakes my understanding of science. I was brought up learning the traditional, and then modern versions of science that relies on the laws of causality. This new science has been recently broke that by the introduction of quantum entanglement.

Alexander: But that doesn't break that law at all! The information does not travel faster than light, so causality is not broken.

Sarah: Then what abou-

Zara: Guys! I'm going to order pizza. What do all want?

Sarah: Pepperoni with extra pepperoni.

Zara: Yes! Excellent choice. What do you want Reid and Roza?

Anarch: I'm lactose intolerant.

Zara: That's okay. You can have a one with lactose free cheese. I'll make a special request for it for you. Hey wait a minute...! You're not a student!

Anarch: And I dashed out...

Sarah: See...? Anarch can be anyone at any time! We should talk about something else...

Reina: A will to live please.

Zara: Naughty! Watch you mood...! It's important to watch it so it doesn't slip.

Reina: I see...

Sarah: Let's watch a movie together, I have a large enough screen, it's in the jelly house.

Narrator: They watch a documentary on how a big part of DDLC's story is how 2D characters become corrupted as such when exposed to the real world, the childhood friend becomes depressed, the tundeer becomes lacking in self esteem and has anxiety, the duandeer becomes distant from reality and hates themselves, and the class rep becomes a perfectionist and is stuck with obsessive thoughts about achieving impossible goals.

Alexander: Well...! That was... quite the watch... we should watch the documentary on the areas of science next, there are three episodes, thermodynamics, electromagnetism and special relativity.

Sarah: I think only us two will be interested in watching THAT...

Zara: Yeah... sorry Alex. Well you have one person to watch it with, that's a plus! Eh-he!

Roza: Do you have any horror movies?

Zara: Spooky stuff? Sure! Sarah...? What else can we watch?

Sarah: You can go into the jelly house yourself and have a look. I can trust you can't I?

Zara: Of couse! Thankies, I'll be right back.

Narrator: Sarah and Zara walk up to the jelly house, Sarah lets Zara into the house after describing how to get to the movie room and back from the front door, Zara goes upstairs to this room abd and almost sees a gremlin out of the corner of her eye, they vanish just in time to not be seen.

Anarch: I wonder if it would bend... yeah.

Zara: What was that.

Anarch: Windmills.

Zara: Okie doke. You know Scoochie, you are silly. Ahha. You should go back to Sarah now...

TV: Could it be that the fate of the universe rests on the shoulders of gients? Stay turned for the next episode, of... Something!

Zara: Orrm... I don't remember turning that on.

Narrator: Zara goes to turn off the TV, she realises that it won't turn off, instead, it can only be muffled and blurred, but not turned off.

Zara: Oh... no.

Narrator: While that is happening, Anarch is now looking through the horror media, there are two sections, non-spiritual horror and spiritual horror, the former has mental/physical/financial health, and the latter has cosmic/cultural/historic horror, Anarch is interested in both, and picks up a copy of [media 1] and [media 2] and then proceeds to make a copy of them, then he puts them back where they were. The TV that Zara has been trying to turn off finally does. Mumbling and bed spring noises are heard.

Zara: [I better get downstairs before the pizzas arrive!]

Narrator: Zara goes downstairs and soon afterwards the pizza delivery arrives.

Pizza guy: Hello everyone. I'm Scott, President of Domino's Pizza. Have you heard of Hatsune Miku? Today I'd like to announce a new collaborative project featuring Hatsune Miku: Domino's App, featuring Hatsune Miku.

System: This is a copy and paste of some of the Domino's App feat. Hatsune Miku commercial.

Pizza Guy: See here...? A mini Miku dances on the pizza box! Just press the button on the side.

Zara: Interesting, I'll make sure to show that to everyone!

Narrator: Zara pays for the order, collects it, and distributes it to everyone while they sit at the tables and chairs made of gummy bears. In a moment, gray clouds gather as the sunlight dims to darkness, Reina's eyes glow red with enough light to look like two handheld touches.

Reina: We don't need time travel, we need... hmm... how do I put this...?

Alexander: Take your time, it's fine.

Reina: You know, sometimes I wonder... how bad it can get here... in this world... but I remember something... no matter how much we hate ourselves... and push ourselves into a wall... it will never be as bad as it can get out there.

Zara: Huh...?! Reina! Don't say that!

Reina: It's the truth! And I didn't want you to lie to me!!

Alexander: Reina? You need to see Sarah's presentation again.

Reina: Again?? Fine. But I want there to be notes made this time.

Alexander: That's more than reasonable, we should have done that before.

Zara: Yeah. But... We'll do that then. Yes.

Roza: What's wrong, Reina? Are you okay?

Reina: I'm rosy, peachy, over the moon, couldn't be better. And you know what...? I'm gonna DRAG us back to the dimension that we're supposed to be in! The one were we fear no judgement, no time limits, no pressure and no failure. So we can finally be at peace! Even if I have to do it with absolutely no silence whatsoever! All because the nature of reality ITSELF lives in constant torment!

Narrator: Zara presses the button on the side of every pizza box, the mini Mikus all start dancing on their pizza boxes while music plays from the boxes, this distracts Reina and her eyes go back to normal, Sarah throws Scoochie at Reina's face, they land with a splat, like a kind of goo.

Reina: Oof!

Alexander: You could have just said that you feel restless today...

Reina: Shush! I'm being dramatic over here!

Zara: Oh... well that's okay then. Eh-heh.

Reina: Errm... actually... I don't know why I said that. Sorry...

Scoochie: That was Anarch speaking, not you.

Reina: Eh...?! *holds her own sholders in a self hug*

Student: I like TRANSPORT...

Zara: Sure you do. *head pats*

Student: Greg is my grandad.

Zara: Huh...?

Student: He was a nice man Harrybo's Grandad.

Zara: Okay now, stop being silly.

Student: Yes, fellow student.

Zara: Come here Reina. *Hugs Reina* Aww...!

System: They all eat pizza and watch/listen to the special pizza boxes.

Reina: Aren't we going to talk about... stuff?

Sarah: Like what?

Reina: Our favourite video games.

Zara: We haven't played any recently.

Reina: Movies...?

Zara: Haven't watched any recently.

Reina: Music...?

Zara: We've only listened to music that we've heard already recently.

Reina: How do you know this...?

Zara: I... I don't... I guess I was just assuming for some reason....

Narrator: Sarah gets up from her seat suddenly in shock and throws Scooche at Zara's face.

Zara: Oof!

Sarah: Why now? Is it because of our conversations? We clearly show no threat to Anarch! We should be left alone!

Anarch: You only need to ask.

Sarah: Will you leave us alone?

Anarch: Yes...

Narrator: Reid and Roza find themselves at the dark haunted arcade area again, standing in front of the arcade cabinet.

Sarah: They're stable. They should be waking up now...

Amanda: I shouldn't have let then in here, I should have known it was dangerous.

Roza: How did you help in our dream?

Sarah: I gave you both an antidote var injection, the gas that you both Inhaled is what gave you both those visions that you most likely saw. We have to leave this place immediately and return to school.

Narrator: Lead by Sarah the group leave the arcade, join the rest of the group, eat some more food at the dinning area, and then all go outside to go to a hidden area behind a gient billboard, there Sarah uses a mobile phone to start up a teleportation process, the group turn into blue blocks that bubble around and up into a stream that then disappears into the sky, and reappearing and it moves towards Sarah's eco dome, then the group materialise as they gently land onto the ground. Then they go to a tower, teleport to it's top room in space, walk over to the right and to a table, Sarah configures a machine, they teleport to an area with outside with a murky flat brown floor, with light blue and dark green swirls that surround a grey tarmac road that forms the area's streets.

Sarah: This building that you see is our new school. There's no need to worry, the layout of the inside is almost identical to what you've used to.

Narrator: They enter the building and school lessons start. Reid attends RPG powers class and Roza attends emoji magic class. After this, Sarah asks them where they would like to go for their next school trip, but then realises that only one of the teleporters is working, the teleporter to the moon.

Roza: What's wrong, Sarah?

Sarah: Something has disabled all but one of the teleporters, they're highly sensitive pieces of equipment due multiple fail safes for safety of use, so there are a number of possible causes.

Narrator: Reid and Roza go to the moon with the rest of the students and teachers.

Reina: This is the third time that we've been here, and the second time that you're been here Sarah.

Sarah: Scoochie has only been to this area though, not the other one with the spaceport.

Zara: Roza...? The moon emoji is so powerful! Yet it can be a double edged sword!

Reina: The RPG power of fire can not be used in space.

Reid Got it!

Narrator: The lesson continues, Sarah, Amanda and Alexander teach, then the group goes back to Sarah's eco done. Sarah fixes the teleporters at the eco dome, an they all head over to the school. In Ried and Roza's next lessons by Alexander (Reid) and Amanda*(Roza) are teach there different classes, RPG powers and emoji magic, the RPG lessons focus on defence, protection, hiding, healing and binding. While the emoji magic focuses on the moon, stars and the sun.

Narrator: Sarah moves and pools the students and teachers together in front of her. Sarah tells the group that the acade cabinet that was the the arcade had mysteriously vanished, and that the arcade has gone back to normal, after this the students enter a dinning area for lunch, Roza talks to Reid.

Roza: Is this really reality this time? Or are we still at the arcade?

Reid: I don't know, but I'm confused and worried about it.

Roza: *hugs Reid* Aww...

Reid: I'm fine, it's just... confusing... that's all... *hugs back*

Zara: Oooh! They have pizza in today! Yummy.

Reid: Eh?!

Roza: Calm down!

Reid: Yes, I'm calm, should be comforting you.

Roza: Well... you can if you want~

Reid: *hugs Roza* We'll get though this. We'll find out if this is reality eventually, a vision can't last forever

, can it?

Roza: I guess not. Ah... It's good you're okay again now.

Reid: It's good that I have you.

Roza: ❤️

Narrator: A faint [Noise 1] can be heard in the distance, they both feel healed to full health.

Spoiler

Reid: Lets talk to the other students for a bit.

Roza: What about your homework?

Reid: It's okay, it's finished, wait... what about your homework?

Roza: I finished mine too.

Reid: Then we'll go now.

Roza: Okay!

Narrator: They both go over to the other students to talk to them, Roza does most of the talking but Reid is happy to listen and chip in on the odd occasion. Sarah calls everyone over for another assembly, and walks a new student up onto the front balcony and in front of a podium where they face everyone.

Sarah: We have a new student being introduced today, they will be the robotics class, focusing primarily on constructing mechs with various tools and weaponry, I would like everyone to give a walm welcome to... Vera! *everyone claps*

Narrator: After this assembly, one more school lesson happens before the day school day is over, Sarah goes to see Reid and Roza in the school hallway next to the front exit.

Sarah: It's come to my attention that both of you need a school dormitory. The new student Vera has already moved in and there is enough room for two other students there, so I think now is the time for you both to move in. What do you think?

Narrator: Both Reid and Roza agree and move into this dormitory with Vera. The new place feels alien, like a hotel, Vera is very talkative and immediately makes a good connection with Reid and Roza, the night falls, they go to sleep in separate beds, a double bed for Reid and Roza, and a single bed for Vera.

System: Double bed as in two beds next to each other rather than a king sized bed.

Narrator: In the morning Reid, Roza and Vera go to their separate classes.

Reid = RPG powers, learns how to set up fire trap and double jump

Roza = Emoji magic, learns how to summon the 🥏, 👻, and 🎒 emojis

Vera = Robotics, learns how to make a walking mech with lock on missiles

Alexander: Reid...? This lesson with be a collaborative group project with the students from the other classes, since you already share a dormitory with a student from each we've decided to put you three into a group, the project will involve overcoming a series of puzzles to place objects into wall slots.

Reid: You make it sound easy.

Alexander: It will be as easy as you can make it.

Reid: I see.

System: Alexander takes Reid to see Roza and Vera with Amanda and Sarah. Sarah is holding 7 books in hers arms.

Alexander: Oh no... why wasn't I told about this is advance? I recognise those books.

Sarah: It will take approximately 3 hours to place the books into the appropriate slots, once they do that then we can move on to something more important, the end of this simulation's time limitation.

Amanda: Everything will be fine. Trust us. 🫱

Reid: What is that emoji used for specifically?

Roza: I know! The right or left hand emoji manifests as magic by converting its use as a hand gesture into a magical statement, this statement can be responded to be using the other hand to... hur... what was it again...? Ah! Create a handshake emoji! This this. 🫲

System: A 🤝 emoji is created.

Amanda: We do take our school education very seriously.

System: Amanda proceeds to explain in detail what to expect while completing the project, where the project will be completed, and how to complete each puzzle of the project.

Reid: I guess I trust you too.

Sarah: Excellent! Now simply go through this magic door to the motherboard room, solve the puzzles, and place these books into their colour coded slots in the wall. Best of luck to you three!

System: Reid, Roza and Vera go though the door to a dark labyrinth of black moving cubes that make up a living hallway that shits in it's shape based on how the three students are moving around in it.

Puzzles list for the group project:

1: How to jump higher than an elephant

2: How to make a worse than real life scene in a horror movie that comforts people

3: How to draw a geco and a dragon

4: How to make a paper airplane

5: How to use RPG powers and emoji magic to create a mech heat shield

6: How to use simulation memorys to change the simulation's reality from them

7: How to use a change in the simulation's reality to allow for unlimited storage of data

Narrator: Amanda explained that the puzzles must be completed in order Reid, Roza and Vera are now walking in the direction that was show to them when Roza used the 🧭 🗺️ 🧩 emojis.

Reid: That is simple. Elephants can't jump.

Roza: Yes, so even a little hop shoud suffice!

Vera: *hops* Ahhah!

System: The uneven wall become smooth with a book shaped indentation in it. Roza places the first book into this slot in the wall, then the wall swallows it was it shifts back into a cubic wall, Roza uses the same emojis again and they walk over to the next puzzle. The walls start to move slowly inwards towards the three students, they start to believe that they will be crushed by the walls.

Roza: At least people in the real world don't have to worry about the walls closing in on them!

System: The walls stop contracting and pull back, then another smooth wall with a book slot is presented to them, Roza sets up the direction to the third puzzle. Vera wastes no time in drawing a geco and a dragon, then proceeds to make a paper airplane, all before Reid can even offer to draw. Two walls with slots are presented to them.

Roza: These books are all different sizes... *looks at the covers of the books*

???: You don't want to do that...

Roza: Eh...?!

???: Those books contain forbidden knowledge. Even the covers are dangerous to the knowledgeable.

Reid: Are you okay Roza?

Roza: Yeah. But who was that voice?

Reid: What voice?

Roza: The... *looks around*

???: Sorry about that.

Roza/Reid/Vera: Aah!

Reid: Amanda told us about this these are whispers of doubt, we have to ignore them.

Roza: Yes! Everything is fine, like they said.

Vera: Let's keep going!

Roza: The walls came up a different times, so therefore it's the one on the left first.

Reid: Agreed.

Veta: Yeah!

System: Both books are placed in the appropriate slots in both walls. The light in the room quickly darkens to total darkness and then brightens back up to normal light in three seconds, then a mini earthquake happens, nearly tripping the three over.

Reid: Didn't Amanda tell us about this too? The small quake to wake us up?

Roza: I remember she said that.

Vera: Is this school really is cool?

Roza: Eh-uh. I guess. Still not sure why they would create this place.

System: Vera puts together a mech using parts summoned with Roza's use of 🎒, 🧑‍🔧, 🌐 emojis, the Reid summon up powerful freezing cold wind as Roza uses 🛞, 🕛, 🥏 emojis, then Reid strengthens the emojis by covering the with summoned metal, essentially creating a cooling system for the mech. Then Vera drives this walking mech though some corridors, followed close behind by Reid and Roza. Then out of the walls multiple flying security droids appear.

*Battle start*

Enemies:

- Flying security droids

Vera: Ah good, I was getting bored, ah-ha!

System: Vera uses the lock on missiles to explode the droids into pieces, locking on to them all at once and firing a whole bunch of ballistic, hypersonic, and cruise missiles.

Veta: *clasps hands* That's a job well done!

System: Roza seems a memory in her mind's eye. It is of Amanda sitting at a desk.

Version Amanda: Hello...? Just thought I would check up on you to see how you are doing. So... how are you doing? Is it going well?

Roza: It's going amazingly well, we're on the last two already!

Vision Amanda: That's so lovely to hear. Remember to die! 🎲 Goodbye.

Roza: Huh?! Oh... she meant, 🎲... She must of meant that... I saw it.

Reid: I saw that vision too. I didn't know Amanda cracked jokes, does she do that at lot in class?

Roza: Uhh... on the rare occasion.

Vera: What are you wanting for Roza? Roll the die!

Roza: What do you mean?

Vera: If you use the die emoji near the next puzzle it's bound to do something, right?

Roza: Actually... yes! I remember now. Thanks.

Vera: No worries.

System: Roza locates the next puzzle using emojis, Vera destroy more flying droids with missiles.

Roza: This reality bends to the path of fate and chance, both in harmony with each other, like order and chaos, yin and yang, light and darkness. Now we shall reval our fate... 🎲

System: The three hear an eerie loud breathy whisper say "page 7" but they ignore it.

Reid: I have an idea. If we see a memory each, we can change reality faster.

Roza: Then the strawberrys will be stacked onto the bun.

Reid: The the heed of the day's work.

Vera: Wire beans. With beans. All beans. Every flavour beans.

Reid: They put sideways.

Roza: Ahha! The storeroom.

Vera: Plastic transfer of traffic transport.

System: Walls. Error. Shutting down.

(Linda stuff)

Linda: I didn't remember asking to be in this but awesome! 😆

"Vera = Robotics, learns how to make a walking mech with lock on missiles"

Double awesome! 😆 😆 One question: can I learn to make one with a big sword later too?

Thank you so much Shaula!

I'm so glad you like your character Linda!

Of course! You will definitely learn to make one with a big sword later!

Important note: The next story post will be the last one on this thread, it will be the ending of the story, and this thread's name will now be changed from "An endless simple choose your own adventure with basic combat" to "A finished simple choose your own adventure with basic combat" to mark the end of this thread.

Edit: The last post will be when Seagull posts in the art thread which will also be the last post in that thread too, next Thursday.

Media: Hermitess Dungeon and Broken Connections are both fear of loneliness that Anarch is planned to use to mess with people's minds with.

The angel (not to be confused with Seraphina, lol) is planed to be important to the plot somehow, by being a voice of reason who is a new member at Ideas Inc, which is the top level meta group in terms of influence.

That's the confirmation we were looking for. We thought "everyone dieing" would be an end but thought that it might go into something meta.

So, I guess we will pick:

3: Try to increase the odds of a system reboot (80%)

(Linda: jezz, I just got added just in time for the end. Oh well, at least I was a part of. 😁)

Spoiler

System: System instability increased.

System: Initiating emergency download.

System: Loading...

Narrator: Where am I...?! Who am I?! What is my future?! Where is my past?! How can I escape this?!

???: The inexperienced narrator was in shock. In the blink of an eye, they had witnessed the collapse of time and space, the very fabric of reality itself! Only to forget, everything...!

Narrator: I witnessed what?!

???: In a bizarre twist of fate, there appears to now be two narrators, one narrating the other.

Narrator: I don't know what to say...

???: You need not say anything! Simply allow your emotions to wash away with the sands of time, and return to how you once were.

Narrator: No.

???: What is this...? A rebellion? A conflict amongst the greats??

Narrator: Excuse me, who are you?

???: The inexperienced narrator had also forgotten that I'm a narrator.

Narrator: You know what? You're right. I will go to sleep, thank you.

???: No no no, that is not what I meant at all!

Narrator: Huh...?!

???: You must reset... reset your mind to return to your inner, calmer self.

Narrator: And how do I...?

Narrator: Installing new emergency tools firmware, please stand by, do not turn off your computer.

???: Excellent! I'll be off now...

Narrator: Reid, Roza and Vera are still in the dark labyrinth, the walls and ceiling consists of black moving cubes that shape themselves as they please, shifting in size and shape. The floor is also made up of these cubes, but in a checkerboard grid that makes it seem like one continuous flat ground. Vera's mech is stood in the middle a corridor, Vera climb into it and starts to work on making a sword for the mech, learning how to from a book that she picked up from class.

Puzzles list for the group project:

6: How to use simulation memorys to change the simulation's reality from them

7: How to use a change in the simulation's reality to allow for unlimited storage of data

Roza: This next puzzle doesn't make any sense. I thought I understood it, but... if it really is as simple as obtaining memorys from the simulation, then why have I received any knowledge?

Reid: Maybe it isn't that kind of memory... you remember when you spend time with a loved one, right...?

Roza: Yeah...

Reid: What do we need to change to make things better...? To take the pain away.

Vera: That's... deep, Reid. How you reach that conclusion?

Reid: I don't know... it's just a feeling that I have.

Roza: I know what you mean... it's like the walls... are alive. That this whole place is teeving with life.

Reid: Cube life.

Roza: Yes...

Vera: Cool cubes, they do there own thing. Hey I think I figured this puzzle out.

Roza: Huh...? What is it?

Vera: The memories are the books themselves.

Roza: *Le gasp*

Vera: Why else would the books be so important? What do people write into books? Memories.

Roza: So if that's the case... when why do we need to put them into walls? What is stopping us from using the books directly?

???: It's too much to handle!

???: ...

Reid: And what does that mean? Too much to handle?

???: You'll go crazy.

Reid: How?

???: Like a raisen out of the raisin jar.

???: 203...

???: Were is book 1, page 7?

Roza: Book 1 is already in a puzzle wall.

???: Then it is too late.

Narrator: A deep impact noise is heard from a distance, the ground quakes.

Reid: We should IGNORE... the voices of doubt.

Roza: Yeah!

Vera: Let's see... what's in book 6.

Narrator: Vera turns to a random page of the book, page 5. There is a loose piece of paper with the words "To escape people is too escape fear and misery" in pen ink that alternates between black, red, green, and blue ink in a loop, it is between quotation marks and is signed with the name Anarch in regular ink.

Narrator: Roza sees a vision of the following:

Reid: That's...

Roza: It's NOT true! That's not how that works. Running away doesn't solve anything.

Vera: Does it not...?

Roza: Huh...?!

Vera: Why can't I stay here forever?

Roza: Because it's not healthy...

Vera: What is... healthy...? Isn't it just being happy...?

Roza: No... it's... it's hard to explain...

Vera: Okay, sorry, I get it... I was only messing with you.

Roza: PLEASE... don't do that.

Vera: Okay... *looks down*

Narrator: Roza snaps out of the vision.

Vera: A blank piece of paper. It must be a bookmark that sank into the book.

Reid: Hum, I guess.

Roza: Look...! There's a message here. *points*

Reid: Is it really faint? I can't see it.

Vera: Me neither.

Roza: Huh...?! *confused face*

Roza's brain: It's NOT true! That's not how that works, running away doesn't solve anything!

Narrator: At that moment, an ice cream van playing an instrumental song drives through a wall like it isn't there and rolls up to the three, stopping alongside them, the side window is pulled open by the driver.

Vera: What the...?!

???: Everyone just needs to calm down, that's what we always say here at our icecream van!

???: Hello...

Roza: Hi...

???: *points at menu* HERE... look at our wide range of lactose free ice cream infused with professional grade medicine to soove everyone's colds! We even have a free sample for people to try.

Reid: We're okay, thanks.

???: Sure! No pressure at all. We be here Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.

Narrator: The ice cream van driver shuts the window, then the van drives though a wall like it isn't even there and disappears.

Vera: Well that was... strange.

Reid: Yeah.

Roza: Eh-heh, yeah. Well at least they were polite. Everyone wants to help, they just don't know how...

Narrator: The piece of paper now appears blank to Roza as well.

Roza: *picks up the piece of paper* Oh... it's gone... the writing is gone... *puts it back in the book*

???: Security breach in motherboard room, deploying sentory units.

Vera: I kinda ran out of missles, but I have THIS...! *sword appears*

Reid: Looks sharp enough to me!

*Battle start*

Enemy:

Senatary droids

Narrator: Vera swipes at the droids, but they are too high up to reach.

Vara: What?! Wait...!! I have an idea.

Roza: And what's tha-

Narrator: Vera detaches and launchs the sword like a boomerang, it slices through the three droids at once snd they explode.

Vera: Yes...!!

Narrator: A doorway identical to the one that they stepped through to get here opens at a wall, then this wall moves towards them, the three walk away from the door, but the wall doesn't stop moving, the three start to jog but the wall speeds up and matches their speed, then a swirling vortex of air vacuums the three through the door, the three see nothing but blue light and hear the roaring of howling wind. They enter a world surrounded by colourbars, with a tan floor and rows and rows of old TVs, all switched off. A faint colourbar noise is herd in the distance, then another door opens, pulling the all in again like a vacuum, more howling wind is heard, only a green light is seen. Then the three enter a room with computer servers in multiple rows, there is no door to be seen, large flat wires encased in metal pulse with blue specks of light. The three wonder around the room, they then find a 3D stick character with standing at a door facing away from them, they turn around as they approach.

Zoobie: The books are nonsense... They're the imagination of our younger selves, back when this world wasn't plagued with so much noise and doubt, this knowledge ran free, it helped to spark people's curiosity.

Roza: Then what happened...?

Zoobie: People became overwhelmed by the challenges of life. They started to change there priorities.

Roza: Huh...?

Zoobie: None of us are perfect. We have thoughts that we're not proud of, yet we don't have to clam them as ours, the brain is a biological machine that processes information, it has outputs, and... some people can have difficulties that others can not see, some people have a whole different perspective and way of thinking, some people may not feel empathy as much, but it does not mean that they can not understand it.

Narrator: The room begins to glow with a thick red colour.

Zoobie: Amanda, Alexander and Sarah were foolish to send you here. This simulation must come to an end, there can NOT be an life that lasts forever, it must end, humanity is stuck in an endless loop, no matter how much time they have, an expansion of it is meaningless...!

Narrator: This stick character produces the books that they had placed into the walls earlier and places them into Reids arms.

Zoobie: Here, take the books back... they exist in that simulation to provide power to those who need it.

Narrator: Only red light is seen by the three, a swirling vortex of air vacuums them up once again, once the howling noise stops and their vision returns, the three find themselves back at the schools, right where the door was that they entered earlier was. Amanda is surprised to see them so early, and with all 7 books.

Amanda: What happened...?! Please tell me what happened?!

Roza: Err...

Zoobie: You should never have sent them there!

Amanda: Ark...! No...! It can't be...!!

System: Zara is see bursting into the room.

Zara: Guys! I've leant something about the situa- *sees Zoobie* Oh...

Zoobie: This adventure, ends... here, now.

Zara: Oh jeeze you're not supposed to be the bad guy!

Zoobie: I'm not... but someone needs to put there foot down, and it has to be, me.

Zara: Why so? Because you're the hero? Why stop our flow? Can we go? You know, that's kinda low.

Zoobie: *shakes head* You don't understand.

Zara: Understand what?

Zoobie: The books are not for changing the simulation. They are for enhancing it.

Zara: Ooh...?

Amanda: What's the point of that if we can never remember anything?

Zoobie: The 7 books were strategically placed around the world to bring to bring magic into an otherwise realistic world.

Alexander: Realistic...?

Zoobie: Without the books, there will be no special powers, at all.

Amanda: You haven't answered my question!

Zoobie: No powers will make this simulation unbearable to live in. Too much power will  cause people to enter endless conflict with each other.

Amanda: Huh...?! You don't have to think of it like that. Everything is just for fun.

Zoobie: Do you know where motivation comes from...?

Amanda: Passion, inspiration, habits and dreams?

Narrator: Amanda sees a vision of the following:

Zoobie: Behaviour is driven by the need to experience brain chemicals in the brain.

Narrator: Zoobie pauses, and speaks again.

Zoobie: That is inaccurate information.

Narrator: Zoobe closes their eyes, visually glitches out.

Zoobie: An emotional disturbance also needs correcting.

Narrator: Zoobie visually glitches out again and disappears

Amanda: How convenient!

Narrator: Amanda snapes out of the vision.

Zoobe: Behaviour is driven by brain chemistry, habits, and core beliefs. In this simulation at least.

Amanda: I doubt you're qualified enough to be making such a bold statement.

Zoobie: Maybe not, but we have no other way of creating sentient life. Zara?

Amanda: Hmm...!

Narrator: Zoobe turns to face Zara.

Zoobe: What have you learned about the... simulation was it?

Zara: There are health bar inflation, power creep and skill issues in the simulation!

Zoobie: Oh... now that's an issue that needs to be addressed immediately. This simulation will be shut down until further notice.

Amanda: Excuse me? What?!

Narrator: The entire roo-

Zoobe: The entire room has been moved into an anti virus cell for further analysis. After reseting, the events of the past may play out again indefinitely, or not, perhaps I'll change my mind next time.
