Making a tulpa as an endogenic system

hey there! the name's kallamar and i go by he/him and moon/moons ^^ i'm already the host of an endogenic system and planning on making a tulpa. as far as i know, my headmates are alright with it, but does anyone have any advice i should consider? tysm and i hope u all have a great rest of ur day/night <3

quick note from heket (kal's in-sys sister): yes, me and ember are alright with this tulpa's creation, and i can imagine that everyone else is okay with it as well. as long as he does not cause any harm, i do not see any reason he cannot be a part of our system as well :)

There's plenty of mixed systems, nothing wrong with intentionally creating a tulpa when already plural

 

There may be certain ways your system works regardless if your plurality is traumagenic but I still don't think that has anything to do with not creating a tulpa intentionally

For those without severe DID, tulpamancy tends to work perfectly fine as described, techniques and experiences applicable etc.

(And even with, there's no harm in trying them)

We have DID and have Tulpa’s… we created ones of loved ones who passed away to keep their memory alive… they started as being an exact copy of them and eventually evolved into like a reincarnated version…2 are fully sentient and can host/co-host.

 

Three are earlier on in the development process and haven’t reached the stage of having the same abilities. they live inside only and don’t yet have awareness of a world outside the wonderland.  

 

We’ve found the experience very therapeutic and many less developed parts/past social mask hosts  have re-integrated or gone dormant ..the original twins (littles) have remained seperate inside.
