Day the first (November 25th):

I discovered tulpamancy late on the 25th and read numerous things about it. That night, I did a visualization practice that I found from someone named Rasznir, where you imagine a sheet of paper with a number on it, and go up one number at a time mentally, restarting if you think of something else. It took me a while to get started, as I would get distracted by the time I got to the number 3 or 4, but eventually I was able to focus long enough to get up to 42, as once I got past 5 it became much easier to stay focused.

Day the second (November 26th):

I read somewhere that imagining an orb and directing your thoughts at it was a good way to begin getting used to thinking at something, so I did that for the majority of the day. I began doing some planning for what I want my tulpa to look like. I have not come up with a name yet, as I want to let the tulpa decide it's own name. I did not come up with much, but thinking at the imaginary orb has been going very well. I think I am going to find it easy to mentally talk to my tulpa, as my usual method of thinking is already like I am talking to someone, just without anyone there to respond. I am planning on doing some more pondering tonight.

Day the Third (November 27th):

Mostly unproductive day, because it is Thanksgiving and I was eating food. I did some reading on tulpamancy, and had a brief epiphany(?) as I read something stating the permanence of tulpa's, and the rewiring of your brain, which I already knew, but this was the first time that it was really "Oh. This is a permanent change that I cannot undo (technically I can, but morals & such), and will affect the rest of my life." I then had a brief existential crisis, took a nap while contemplating whether or not to go through with the creation of a tulpa, woke up, and decided to do it. I am still nervous about it, but I think it is worth it. I also did some more of the previously mentioned visualization exercise. I should probably start working on actually making a tulpa soon.

Day the Fourth (November 28th):

I began the creation of my tulpa's personality & appearance. Currently it is just vague ideas that will be refined later. For personality, I am blending a few things I like about my friends together, but mostly in ways that I do not have words for because I am stupid, but the ideas are there. For appearance, I am imagining a girl with long green hair, and a light blue button up shirt with a pink blazer over it. As stated earlier, I want to let her decide on a name once she is able to. Tonight, I am going to begin turning these ideas into a tulpa. Huzzah!

Day the Fifth (November 30th):

I did not end up beginning the turning of those ideas into a tulpa, because I was tired. I did begin making a wonderland though. Currently it is a bonfire in the middle of an empty field of snow. I am trying to do some stuff with symbolism, which I am basing my knowledge of off of Abvieon's guide to tulpamancy, to turn the fire into the Fire of Warmth and Serenity. I am trying to make it so that, by basking in the glory of the Fire, I will feel calmer, because apparently you can do that. I also want to try and associate basking in the Fire with feelings of warmth, so I feel warmer when basking in its glory, but I do not know if that is possible. I also need to find a better time on working on my tulpa than right before bed, because last night I tried to work on it, and ended up falling half asleep and creating very detailed advertisement campaigns for selling oranges in the 50s, which is not currently helpful.

Day the Sixth (December 1st):

I did various narrations. That's it. I was very busy. I have not yet found a solution to the dreams of 50's orange marketing. The original plan was to work on my tulpa while swimming, but this is not a great plan, as most of the time you need to think about your swimming just enough where concentrating on anything else is incredibly frustrating.

Day the Seventh (December 2nd):

I did more narrations to my tulpa. I need more time in the day. I'm going to sleep.

Day the Eighth (December 3rd):

I had some time to do some more stuff today, so I tried establishing my tulpa in my mind a bit more. I am able to pretty clearly visualize her in my wonderland, and I was able to feel her presence in my mind. I did a bit of forcing as well, by trying to imagine characteristics of people I know on her. I am planning on bribing one of my friends who knows how to draw into drawing my tulpa as I currently see her, because that sounds pretty cool. If I am successful in my bribery, I shall post the picture in the art section of the website. I am going to be away for two days, so I might not be able to make a new progress report tomorrow or Friday, but I will try. I will now sleep.

Day the Fourteenth (December 9th):

I have returned. I actually returned many days ago, but I was too lazy to do my progress reports, or really anything towards the creation of my tulpa, unfortunately. I was successful in bribing one of my friends to draw my tulpa as I currently envision her, but I have realized a slight problem occurs when you try and have someone draw a character as they appear in your mind, so I will not post it here, as it is unfortunately not it (still very good art, very thankful for my friend drawing it). I might have heard my tulpa respond to a question possibly I hope. I asked her if there was anything about her appearance she wanted to include in the drawing, and she possibly said that she wanted pointy ears, as the thought felt different from how they usually feel. I also realized the movie Jojo Rabbit is about a kid who made his imaginary friend into a tulpa, as it clearly acts on its own, but unfortunately, his tulpa is based off of Adolf Hitler. Weird movie, probably never going to watch it again. Anyways, I sleep now.

Day the Fifteenth (December 10th):

I tried doing some forcing and some narrating. It was a good time. I need to do more of both of those. I also learned that Bodhi Day and Pretend to be a Time Traveler Day are the same day, which clearly implies that Buddha is a time traveler. I need to remember to ask my tulpa questions while talking to her. It is a bit (word that is like annoying but I am not annoyed with her) that she does not have a name yet. I should probably study the Archives of Ancient Texts (community guides section). I am incredibly tired.

Day the Sixteenth (December 11th):

It is definitely December 11th and I did not forget about writing my progress report last night. I did not very much today, as I only had a little bit of time to be with my thoughts unfortunately. Tomorrow will probably be very similar, but hopefully time makes itself available. One of my friends is now also trying to make a tulpa. Goodnight (because it is nighttime & not 9 in the morning).
