Thank you! Currently, my wonderland is a large snowy field with a fire burning in the center. I figured I would go with something easy to visualize, because I am not great at it currently, and big snowy fields with a campfire are my favorite vibe

Day the Seventeenth (December 12th):

Hey it feels like I just wrote one of these. I did some more narrations, and some pondering of what my tulpa will be like, doing stuff like finding a list of questions used for creating characters, and answering them as my tulpa. This seems like a good move so far. I did not do much of either of these things, as I am unfathomably tired, and will now go to sleep for two weeks (8 hours).

Day the Eighteenth (December 13th):

I am listening to Caramelldansen as I write this. I have listened to it for the past three hours. Incredible day. I got more done with tulpa creation than I was expecting to today, which was nice. I am concerned about lack of space in my brain, as my brain at almost all times is thinking my main thought flow; a picture of some kind, recently the Mother from the movie Barbarian, which is horrible; and a song/fragments of many songs, and it is very loud and I have struggled with it overpowering my tulpa. Hmmm. Anyways, I shall now slumber greatly.

Day the Nineteenth (December 14th):

Not much was done today. A little bit of narrations, but that's it. I slept though, so I am not as tired as usual, which is nice. I am still going to go to bed now.

Day the Twentieth (December 16th):

I did some more narrations and forcing today. We had meaningful conversations (I talked at her while she sat there) about important things (Dark Souls and anime). I also watched the movie Look Back, and it is now one of my favorite movies, and I am planning on incorporating parts of the personality of the characters into my tulpa, and some elements of the appearance of the character Kyomoto (picture included). I shall now partake in the sleeping.

Day the Twenty-first (December 17th):

Yet another uneventful day. I did a little bit of narrations, and some visualization practice. I have become a big fan of visualization practice, as it allows me to force other unwanted thoughts out of my brain while I am trying to sleep (I read about a movie called "Crash". Don't do that). I want to try and learn some weird thing tomorrow. I do not care what the weird thing is, tomorrow just seems like a good day to learn something really weird. Also, happy 4th night of Hanukkah.

It's nice to see you keeping up with the progress log! 😁 I'll help you learn that weird thing with three animal facts. I hope you don't know all of them. 

1: wood frogs will actually freeze in the winter but survive because they use sugars as a natural antifreeze.

 

2: some species of whiptail lizards are purely female and reproduce asexually, with females hatching from unfertilized eggs. 

 

3: a rooster's crow, on average, is as loud as 130 db, the equivalent of standing about 2.5 inches (15 meters) away from a jet taking off. 

 

Hehe, I know weirder but bugs are freaky enough, lol.

Day the Twenty-second (December 18th):

I tried reading a hypnosis script. I didn't try and use it for hypnosis, but I did intensely ponder it's words and try and get some helpful insights and affirmations from it. I think it worked, as I can visualize my tulpa far better and more consistently now. I still need to inquire with her on a name, as that will make things a lot easier. I am going to sleep now, and hopefully will gain valuable insights in my slumber.

Day the Twenty-fourth (December 20th):

I forgot to do my progress report yesterday. Oops. I had possibly a big development, as last night as I was doing some narrations before bed, my tulpa suddenly gained the ability to speak in a echoing British accent. I have not been able to recreate this since, and, while I am hoping that it is a development, there is a very good chance I partially dozed off and it was a weird half-sleep dream. I did not fully fall asleep while talking to my tulpa, as I read that doing that can be really bad for your tulpa, so I leave her for the night upon feeling myself begin to get tired enough that I cannot concentrate. Anyways, it is going slow, but it is most definitely going, which brings me much joy. I will now sleep.
