Day the Forty-fifth (January 11th):

Hey I am back once again. I was really busy the last few days, so I forgot to post my daily updates. The last few days have been pretty successful. I have gotten in the habit of addressing the majority of my inner monologue to my tulpa, and I am starting to get some responses to questions from her. The only major one so far is that she thinks I should sign up for a watercolor painting class, which is not something I would have normally done, as I do not do much relating to art, but I am willing to do it if She wants to. I am sad that Bin seems to have left, as his guides had really helped me out, and he seemed like a really good guy. Very sad. I started looking into some psionics from some stuff the user Mesmer posted, and they seem interesting, but I am incredibly skeptic about most supernatural stuff, but I shall give it a try, because why not. No plans for the next while, just going to keep narrating and forcing and see what happens.

Please be aware of the fact that Mesmer describes themselves as a member of the Hyperborean race , holds up Chris-Chan as a legitimate spiritual figure (here is a starter on what they have been up to, spoilers: they sexually assaulted their own mother and remained in jail for approx. 2 years before being released) and have described their Sonichu medallions as being connected to spiritual ley lines that people can utilize to access the "magic" dimension in which all fictional characters are physically, tangibly real. I advise you to read about their actual belief systems in their profile and specifically in this post before taking anything they say seriously. The medallions they have brought up as being magically charged items have become a meme for cursing every person they come into contact with. Their profile states that people like Freud and Jung were occultists while never touching on the details, for example, while Freud may have had the Zohar in his library, one of his biggest influences was Nietzsche, whose principle of utter faithlessness was his most well-known characteristic.  Before considering their psychotic mentions of 40K's Chaos Gods being legitimate egregores in the real world, you might want to consider that GW derived all of their ideas regarding them from already existing philosophical bases of thought, such as this one.  The Chaos Gods are supposed to be artistic renditions of humanity's collective tendencies, having the potential to destroy all of us if we do not learn to keep them in check. So, they are not "egregores", they are renditions of philosophical and mythological concepts that have existed for thousands upon thousands of years. If you start believing that the 4 Siblings and other venerated (fictional) deities could be real, you are at risk of psychosis that might end up harming you beyond cosplaying a Chaos Follower.  Edit: since what I was cracking wise about isn't very clear, here is a legitimate example of what I mean. (Note:  @TewiThat wasn't a reference to WHF's DE, it was a reference to Khaine, literally the God of Ritual Murder [basically I was, as aforementioned, crackwing wise regarding what you can legitimize/ logicize while under the effects of psychosis.] I clarified with a RL example for, well, clarity's sake, seeing as the topic at hand is indeed serious enough to require that.)

I advise you to look into their cited resources, not into their words, if you want to consider spirituality and/ or metaphysical schools of thought. I don't know if this person is just a very heavily dedicated troll or someone who's legitimately mentally unhealthy; all I know is that I have seen people like them destroy entire communities before (usually by destroying their reputation, of which we already have little). Please consider starting with more intellectually inclined concepts, such as this one, before looking into psionics, egregores, daemons, and succubi.

Though I thought the "risk of psychosis" link would be a source about that - I think the link text should only cover "Chaos Follower", since the rest of the statement is a lot more serious than the reference to a video game's dark elves

Day the Forty-sixth (January 12th):

I spent the majority of the day pondering. I have been able to have some short conversations with my tulpa, usually with her just giving one word responses. I am planning on doing some stuff towards increasing her speaking ability, which is not something I have looked at much yet. I also really need to talk to her about names, which I will need to find some strategies for having her decide on a name, as she is not different enough from me yet to offset my lack of creativity, if that is something tulpa's can do. She is still very similar to me, but I am starting to notice her having some small differences in personality, which is harder to notice as she doesn't talk much yet, which might be partially my fault, as I often ramble to her without giving her chances to add in. But, it is more things to work on, which is always good. My visualization has also gotten pretty good, probably because I focused on that really heavily at the start, and it is paying off.

I have decided to interact with people more on the LOTPW, which has been fun, but today might have been a bad day to start, as unlike most days (from what I can tell) the conversation has not been lighthearted chatting and has instead been discussions about the fear of death and the afterlife, which is interesting to talk about, but is not a great topic for trying to begin interacting with a group. It turns out Tewi is one of Luminesce's tulpa's, which should have been obvious, as it is in her(?) signature, but I apparently had repeatedly missed that. I do not remember anything else I did today. I am very tired.

Don't take it too seriously. I mean, do pay attention to people's personal struggles, obviously, but it's really just a game and your goal is to get as much time in the throne as possible. You're not expected to understand people entirely, because, frankly, most of us just use lotpw as an excuse to post small tidbits about our lives and our thoughts in the hopes it would enrich the thread. Just use your common judgment when talking to people

 

There's always been this weird disconnect with LOTPW and the rest of info but you probably have a better chance of having a tulpa related question answered there a lot quicker than if you posted it anywhere else.

LOTPW is the regular chat thread for the regulars here, but (while it's not always as bad as it is right now) we have our fair share of issues that get vented about there because there's nowhere better.

You should still ask questions in their own thread in the Q&A board (or General Discussion) (it's not good for on-topic discussion to get immediately buried in LOTPW where no one will find it again), and if LOTPW is too heavy at the time you can also post in the Chat Thread, which usually pops up for a little bit when people talk there before dying down again for a while, but it's basically the same thing just without the last-posting incentive.

It's not usually that heavy but it can get like that. Conversations can go all over they place and I like it for that. 😁 It was really nice to see you there! 😊

Day the Fifty-third (January 19th):

It has been a few days since I have done a progress report. I need to get back in the habit of doing these. It has been a mostly uneventful week. I have done some narrations and forcing, but I have not done anything new, or had any noteworthy developments.

Day the Fifty-fourth (January 20th):

Another uneventful day on the tulpamancy front. I was very busy, so I did not have very much time to dedicate to tulpamancy, but I was able to do a little bit. She is becoming well developed in terms of visualization, but Her personality is still in the fairly early stages of development. I am not great with naming emotions (not in the sense of I cannot recognize them in other people, I am very good at that, but I cannot tell what emotions I am feeling unless I am feeling something very strongly). I am going to spend some time in deep contemplation about absolutely nothing now (sleep).
