Kito March 23 March 23 (edited) Okay, I am at the first Stage (Not being able to see clearly, Transparent, etc). But I don't know how to get past that, When I close my eyes, I repeat "I will see *Rivulet" a couple times. I open my eyes. Nothing But a Transparent Figure, Or Nothing at all. I've Done the Visualization guide (By JD1215). I got it down. But I still can't See anything. I'm Not sure what to do. Please help me 😭 (This is Impositioning just to clarify) *Rivulet is my Tulpa. Who is Pretty much Rivulet From Rain World. Edited March 23 by Kito Added title clarification and link context
Ranger March 24 March 24 I doubt JD will reply, so I'll do so here. There are a lot of things you can do to increase your visualization skills. To start off, practice recalling movie, video, or videogame scenes. Assuming you don't have aphantasia, it's normal to visualize when you recall a memory. Having a reference to remember is a lot easier than visualizing new things from scratch. You can also use pictures or memes. When you are ready to move onto making your own images, you can use the same trick as a jumping point. You may have seen MS Paint, Paint.net, or some other simple art tool. Doodle basic lines for a while, and then try to recall what you did. But this time, you can try to draw new lines and shapes. After you get the hang of that, you can read the guides my host Gray links in the begging of his guide, "How to Refocus on Your Wonderland". And then if you want, you can use Gray's guide to practice visualizing more complex objects, including your headmate. I hope this helps Note: I'm hit-or-miss activity-wise on this account. I may not respond to PMs for awhile. I'm Ranger, GrayTheCat's cobud (tulpa), and I love hippos! I also like cake and chatting about stuff. I go by Rosalin or Ronan sometimes. You can call me Roz but please don't call me Ron. My other headmates have their own account now, but it's outdated and I can't be bothered to update it If I missed seeing your art, please PM/DM me!
