Do they comment on other people's appearance, try to make their own points during a conversation etc.? Depends on how you planned them mostly. Mine only comments on a person if she has strong feelings towards something whats being said. what if i love her and then cast her aside not that i feel i would its just what if you know? Most likely you won't. She would have same, if not stronger feelings towards you and generally will keep your interest high with whatever means possible. Being envious is a different story though.

Depending on the type of person they are, they'll react different ways to different things. Less outgoing (or more self-centered) tulpas probably won't say much about people simply because they figure "they don't even know I'm here, so why start anything to do with them", but others will have all sorts of things to say, just like anyone would.
