Tsughi November 12, 2012 November 12, 2012 I thought this would be somewhat relevent here. The other day I was watching a movie and I was mildly surprised to find a Tulpa featured in the film. They never once called the character a Tulpa, but that was obvious that was what it was. It wasn't particularly shown in a bad light, not to his creator anyway, but the film is about his creator being a serial killer while simultaneously being a famous man in society. Mr. Brooks, is the name of the film I believe.

moondragon November 12, 2012 November 12, 2012 Hmm, I have always wondered what Mr Brooks was about..I might check it out since it is on my cable's ondemand movies for free.
Koji November 12, 2012 November 12, 2012 A movie involving tulpae/schizophrenia that I really enjoyed was The Machinist. It's about a guy who hasn't slept in a year. Pretty cool, some parts don't make much sense. http://tulpa.info/forums/Thread-Koji-and-Catelyn-Of-Deserts-and-Snowmen
Hound November 12, 2012 November 12, 2012 I was talking to my brother yesterday about tulpas/thoughtforms and he said there was an episode of the original Star Trek series that had one in it. Start Date: November 5, 2012 Humanoid Construct: Claire [MIA] Stage: Not practicing anymore. Praise the Lord for the gift he has given me.
