Just a quick question. How do you tell whether or not an NPC in your wonderland is actually a tulpa or not?

(I found a pissed off being in the wonderland who I thought I had gotten rid of before sentience, who may or may not be a tulpa simply from worry.)

They're not tulpae unless you allow them to be. Just assume all NPCs are just simulations who are incapable of becoming sentient.

Just as belief of sentience helps tulpae become sentient, belief that NPCs can't be sentient helps prevent that sentience from ever developing.

Deluded myself into believing my imaginary friends were real, then deluded myself into thinking they weren’t. Whatever the case, the OG gang’s still here:

Host: fennec (they/them)

Tulpas: Alex (he/him) and Kayleigh (she/her)

Delete all memories of those who know my awkward past

I have worried about whether or not she was sentient during the last week or so, I just really want to make sure she isn't before I go about ignoring her.

It's an NPC's job to be an NPC, even if they do show some signs of sentience. You can't just let your brain walk all over you.

The above post does not contain facts.

q2's the host, QB's the tulpa.

It wasn't supposed to be an NPC. It wasn't supposed to be anything. This was an unwanted doppelganger of my Tulpa (I changed it's appearence shortly after). But it's gone now! I deleted it!

I hate to spend like a retard, but has the word NPC been defined in relation to tulpas yet?

I prefer to use the term actor myself. Less syllables and it feels more appropriate for wonderlands and tulpae (they ain't games, yo.)

Bleh, I do like to use terminology outside of the norm when it comes to tulpamancy. It's why I call the real non wonderland world the overworld, and imaginary bodies 'dreamselves'

I have seen people throwing the word (NPC) around a lot here though, so it might become semi-official at some point.
