I took about a total of 20 hours of work in my tulpa, I started in mid-December 2012 until the present day...

I usually narrate 20 minutes before bedtime daily, but these days I fell asleep or just sleep overcomes me and just finished narrating 10 minutes.

So this may be something negative to my tulpa?

And... I have no answer yet, visually or hearing and is frustrating because I am someone very impatient, then I wonder how it will be when she talk? sounded almost real? or which was invented by my mind?

Really be nice to explain to me their experiences although that varies from person to person, and really sorry to disturb both :/

Sorry if I have some grammatical errors, the english isn't my natal language. It's spanish.

Everything can feel real if you give it enough time and effort. You just haven't yet, keep going.

The above post does not contain facts.

q2's the host, QB's the tulpa.

Yes, the problem is that I'm very busy now, before I was on vacation and now I have no time for Kiä (my tulpa) I have other projects in mind and things to do, really every time I do I apologize to her narrative enormously.

Thanks for responding :D And sorry for the ortography errors :P

Protip: Hourcounts are bad.

Also, things are only negative if you allow them to be.

Time is all it takes... and a lot of forcing.

If you're feeling discouraged by the lack of progress, maybe you should read up at the Slowpoke General

There are many there who've been at it way longer, and still feel little to no progress (but that doesn't mean it's not there).

As people have already said, forget hourcounts. Be patient like Buddha.

You may have a busy life and I can respect that, but you should take sufficient time to work with your tulpa. After all, that's important too, right?

Narration is easy to do whenever you're not sleeping: Commuting, cleaning, eating, etc. It's only talking aloud or otherwise. You should try to do this.

Active forcing on the other hand should be, in my opinion, done for at least one hour a day.

I remember reading someone's guide about this but I can't seem to recall the name. Anyway, to paraphrase, forcing is like making a borehole in your mind.

The longer and the more often you do it, the more progress you make. The trick is that your mind is resilient and it will try to "repair" the hole. So diligence is key.

Invest in passive forcing. Bring them along with you. Talk to them like you were with a friend. Just make comments throughout the day, acknowledge them. Whatevee you need to do. Take it easy, learn to enjoy the journey and go with the flow.
