If a future host/creator is sick, does that impact how effective the tulpaforcing is? Of course, not if the sickness doesn't affect the host's head, but I'm talking about sicknesses that give malaise and make it hard to think regularly. Would it be more hurt than help to force when like this? I understand that extended breaks from forcing aren't good, but would this be different? Would this harm the forming tulpa, like how falling asleep while forcing is debatably bad for it?

Also, what about non-disease health? Things like how tired you are, if you've eaten enough that day, if you've drank enough water that way, allergies, etc.?

This is less of a Question and Answer post and more of me trying to get some anecdotes for this sort of thing. It could be Question and Answer like most other posts in this subforum, though.

When we talk about health we're talking about the body being in perfect harmony, that's what health is.

When one is sick physically, their other health areas like mental are affected.

However if the sickness isn't so bad that you can maintain concentration, I wouldn't think that it would be bad at all. It may slow progress a bit, but you will still be doing better than nothing at all.

Despite the name, the host bodybody is the one usually using this account.

Spice was born in 2013 and Tomoe was born in 2014.

I am pretty sure health can affect tulpaforcing.

When you are sick, it is of course harder to concentrate. It can still be done, but with some difficulty. I've got a head cold right now and I feel dizzy and it's more difficult to hear my tulpas than usual.

I believe that we could also work on improving their tulpaforcing experience by taking better care of ourselves. Healthier food and lifestyles can improve concentration and mental clarity. I know when I feel better I hear them better. When I feel good I focus better in general. Generally when I eat better I feel better anyway.

People with things like ADD are still able to force. I believe you could force under a lot of different conditions, but that you will just face different difficulties depending.

Health definitely affects your tulpae. (They share the same body, duh)

For example, I had a major migraine a while ago, to the point of passing out and/or vomiting, and Maia freaked out. Long story short, she got a lot of the pain, too.

I was also under general anaesthesia for (unrelated) surgery a month or so after that, and she was similarly disoriented afterwards. She went all fuzzy and faint for a few days following, but regained focus.

I think it's more related to mental health, actually. Mentally, I was fine when I had the aforementioned headache, so Maia was just extremely worried, but I was confused and sort of 'fuzzy' after surgery, so that's why she went blank for a while. For better or for worse, my mental state doesn't change much whatever happens to me, so Maia doesn't get hurt much, regardless of what happens to me.
