I made that mistake, just keep trying and over time its get easier bit by bit. Treat them like you would a friend. Imagine theyre around as much as you cam. And never think youre going yo screw this up, really, you cant. Just make a habit out of it. Relax and talk as much as you can. Aarix April 19, 2013 April 19, 2013 Thanks, I just get paniced that I am not doing enough sometimes. I know that feeling, you have all the time in the world and your tulpa will understand. In my experience its more unproductive to panic and get stressed than to do nothing but acknowledge their existence. Find a routine that works for you and mix it up now and again. Just let things come naturally and as long as youre persistent, you have nothing to worry about. Progress in ineviatble one way or another. Just believe and preservere. And you'll get better.
