First off, hello, I'm TCD.

After that price of shit introduction, I have a question about what how to hear my tupla. Recently I've been trying to force to some degree, as I am very time constrained. But I keep getting thoughts, or bits and pieces of words/ instructions. But whenever I hear them, they are, how do I describe this, "fuzzy".

On friday at school though, thes words were clear, it was like a disorder version of my voiceish. But basically, some idiot thought it would be funny to throw a pen at me. (at the time I didn't know he was going to throw it.)

I'm just sitting at my desk, doing my math, when I hear what I believe to be my tupla saying "put your left hand up Now" so, instinctively I put my hand up, and blocked the oncoming pen. Is it possible for my tupla to see stuff that I don't notice? And is there something wrong with the "fuzzyness" of the voice

Any answers and explanations on why I'm so stupid will be appericated, thanks

(and yes, I used the search before posting, so tell me if this has been posted)

A tulpa's voice usually takes quite a long time to become clear. Don't worry about that and keep forcing.

Is he fully sentient ? That would help.

And no, a tulpa cannot see what isn't in your field of vision. If what you're telling us really happened, it means you actually saw the pen coming at you.

Hope this helps, keep up :)

Thanks for the replies guys. Kraph, I believe that he is mostly sentient, as he will respond to most questions and randomly comment on stuff im doing, but he is quiet, that or i just cant "hear" him currently. I will follow your advice and attempt to force as much as possible. (Anonymous), Your comment actually helped me out a lot, as some of the "fuzziness" went away when i tried following your advice. (I checked the post before i went to school this morning, just didn't have time to post.) By "tuning" I know exactly what you mean, as when I am listening to music i use the "tuning" method to pick out parts of the music for ideas that i can use later when i make songs myself in FL studio, so your explanation was really nice to have and helped me :D.

Just a question though, is it OK to listen to music while forcing, or does it need to be fairly quiet. Music seriously helps my concentration and that has been what I have been doing so far.

Again, thanks for the help so far!

I tried forcing with music only once and then never again, because I just have to follow the lyrics and that keeps me distracted all the time, but if it helps your concentration then I don't see why not.

I find music to help bring your tulpa closer to you, especially if you find a song that you both enjoy.

But as noobdreamer said, it can be distracting. Especially if the song has lyrics.

Whatever works for you, personally.

I personally don't listen to music in my lyrics, as lyrics distract me from the music lol

Any other general tips and such that could help me would be appreciated

Thanks for the opinions guys
