Lacquer May 20, 2013 May 20, 2013 What are some good things you can think of that would serve as start points for conversations with one's tulpas? These can be general things that apply to any conversation, or (and these would be more interesting) they can be things that only work for talking with one's tulpa.
NekoiNemo May 20, 2013 May 20, 2013 About plans for forcing and spending time together - works all the time. Our conversation starters for last few days are: whenever do or don't do something, characters and stories discussion, her WIP form discussion, me complaining about her behavior, her complaining about my procrastination. And just some random stuff like "hey, why is this tea have such strange color?" 現実に抗え!

Lacquer May 21, 2013 Author May 21, 2013 Like what? What things can you not talk about with normal people?
Guest Anonymous May 21, 2013 May 21, 2013 Pretty much everything you wouldn't go around telling everybody, ranging form just "I hate this person, he's really annoying" to all kinds of secrets and screwed up thoughts you might have. Obviously what you tell people depends on what kind of person you are, but just to give you an idea. If you are going to share your mind with them for the rest of your life it's best to be completely open, right?
NekoiNemo May 21, 2013 May 21, 2013 Hm-m... I see your point. Now when i think about it, we also talk about things like that. 現実に抗え!
Guest Anonymous May 22, 2013 May 22, 2013 Pick a random thing off of wikipedia, narrate it to your tulpa, and discuss what they think of it. Not only are you expanding their knowledge, as well as your own, but you're teaching them how to have an opinion... sorta. Also the weather. Always talk about the weather. And your zombie apocolypse plan. Just so they know.
