Hunzii August 7, 2013 Author August 7, 2013 ...I haven't thought of that. Thanks. He says that it's a slightly deeper version of a voice i already 'had' for another character. I guess that's why i knew the voice but not where it was from. Hunzii August 9, 2013 Author August 9, 2013 Update #9 i hope 8/8/2013 Well, nothing much to say again. Jex's personality has changed quite a bit. Before his more recent change, he was alot more serious. Now he's more...care-free, for lack of a better word. Some of the things he does is quite funny though, so i can't really complain. In non-update related news, Jex is a Slytherin and i am a Hufflepuff. We both took a test earlier today, and to be honest, i am really surprised at the results for him. Sure he was 1% off from being a Hufflepuff as well, but i would have never thought that he would be a Slytherin. Gyffindor, sure. Ravenclaw, maybe. ..But he does kinda fit into there...atleast with his looks. Not so much with his personality. Shui August 9, 2013 August 9, 2013 Oh, that's clever. I did a bunch of personality tests with my tulpa to get a good idea of her personality and keep it from changing too much, but that's one personality test I never thought to do. "'Real isn't how you are made,' said the Skin Horse. 'It's a thing that happens to you.'"
Hunzii August 9, 2013 Author August 9, 2013 Thanks. I might start doing a bit more personality tests with him just to get more of a grip on his personality.. And the test is here if you(or anyone else) wants to do it. You need to make a account to see the results though "I would say i'm sorry, but we all know i'm not..." -- I apologise in advanced for my spelling/grammar/occasional sarcasm and asshole-ism.
Shui August 9, 2013 August 9, 2013 Thanks for the idea and the test. I'm Ravenclaw, and she's Hufflepuff. "'Real isn't how you are made,' said the Skin Horse. 'It's a thing that happens to you.'"
Hunzii August 11, 2013 Author August 11, 2013 Update #10 right? 8/10/2013 Might as well update this before i forget again. Nothing to interesting to post as far as progress. Jex has started talking quite a bit and i have been passive imposing him a bit, though imposing isn't a easy task for me. I can see him in my minds eye and i can 'sense' where he is, but i am not good at visualizing outside of my mind...so i am going to have to practice it alot. But i doubt it helps when i haven't completely designed his outfit. Well, it's more like i know what colours i'm going to use, but at the same time i don't know. It's hard to explain...all i know is that he's going to have purple in his colour scheme and maybe yellow...going to need to figure it out soon... And i was just wondering, does anyone have or know of a method to give your Tulpa access to your memories and/or subconscious..? I tried one where you imagined your Tulpa walking through a door, but that didn't work... As far as non-progress news goes, i have realized that Jex is quite alot like Nagisa Hazuki from Free! personality wise...oh well. He's not a carbon copy of Nagisa in any way, so it's not worrisome. He also really enjoys New Leaf, from what i've seen. He keeps bugging me to play it...not sure if i should regret or enjoy his liking to it... ...before i forget and he gets mad at me for it, Jex says 'Hi' to anyone and everyone reading this. "I would say i'm sorry, but we all know i'm not..." -- I apologise in advanced for my spelling/grammar/occasional sarcasm and asshole-ism.
Hunzii August 15, 2013 Author August 15, 2013 Update #XI 8/15/2013 Sorry for my procrastination on updating this, but there hasn't been much progress. I am working on imposing Jex, and currently he's a faint image in my minds eye. Though i still have to focus on him to make him apear, so i have to work on that. In non-update news...well, nothing much happened. We went to see Pacific Rim a few days ago, and it was a great movie. 10/10 would recommend. "I would say i'm sorry, but we all know i'm not..." -- I apologise in advanced for my spelling/grammar/occasional sarcasm and asshole-ism.
Shui August 15, 2013 August 15, 2013 Hi Jex. :) On giving access to memories and subconscious, some people have computers in their wonderlands for issuing commands to the mind. Mine is installed directly in my head, so I can access it while awake too. For me, giving my tulpa access to my mind was just a matter of adjusting the privacy settings. You can use whatever imagery you like for that. My computer takes voice commands, so I just told it to let my tulpa in. Sometimes I change the settings back when I want to surprise her, or when we want some space from each other. "'Real isn't how you are made,' said the Skin Horse. 'It's a thing that happens to you.'"
Hunzii August 16, 2013 Author August 16, 2013 I would have never thought of that. I've heard of people putting microphones in their wonderlands to help their tulpa speak, but i never thought of putting a computer that could be used to access memories and subconscious. Then again, the real limits are the ones in your imaginations...and in your brain, i guess. But back to the point, i'll have to try putting something like that in my wonderland later...perhaps i could somehow 'program' it to also help with possession and switching, making move my body much like how you would play with a Kinect... Thanks for that bit of info, Shui. "I would say i'm sorry, but we all know i'm not..." -- I apologise in advanced for my spelling/grammar/occasional sarcasm and asshole-ism.
Shui August 16, 2013 August 16, 2013 Ooo. I like that Kinect idea. Let me know how that works out. "'Real isn't how you are made,' said the Skin Horse. 'It's a thing that happens to you.'"
