Spartanelete September 2, 2013 September 2, 2013 Depends on the person. But you should avoid having negative emotions influence the development of the tulpa.
Firamote September 2, 2013 Author September 2, 2013 i should avoid negative emotions at all times or only during mental meditation?
Spartanelete September 2, 2013 September 2, 2013 Generally in life, it's healthy to avoid negative emotions. Why not try both?
Linkzelda September 2, 2013 September 2, 2013 Trying to force when something is bothering your mind can have its own varying effects on your perception of things, you want to prime yourself for being focused, level-headed, and confident from the start for reasonable results. A lot of this is how you shift and guide yourself towards a certain perception, and anxiety and negative emotions can skew that, avoid it at all costs if you can when wanting to create a tulpa. Genesis September 2, 2013 September 2, 2013 It probably wouldn't be good for yourself to have such emotions in the first place, so it would only make sense that these types of feeling wouldn't be very positive for tulpa's development. Nobody can be calm and happy 100 percent of the time, but putting towards an effort to make sure you don't feel angry or depresssed when interacting with your tulpa will only benefit, they would appreciate it. “Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?” - Albus Dumbledore Tulpas: Sarah, and Monty
