Edryad September 10, 2013 September 10, 2013 I started making my tulpa in February this year. I encountered some hardships in life and I lost my motivation to force. Now that my life is a lot more stable I want to start forcing again but I want some tips for talking to my tulpa after we've been out of contact for so long. I had been forcing for about a month before I stopped and she was getting good at interrupting my thoughts to talk to me.
TulpaCouple September 10, 2013 September 10, 2013 I would recommend spending a bit of time forcing without looking for progress--no expectation. For instance, go sit down to force, and just talk to her. Tell her about what's been going on with your life, you can apologize for leaving her behind and get her caught up on everything. Tell her you are planning on getting her back to where she was. You two together will get her back to her old self. Let her know it might take some practice for you to hear her again, but that you're going to be listening for her, and you'll be working hard to be with her again. Then simply go back to the basics. Work on visualizing her. Work on talking to her. Refresh your mind on her personality. Talk to her again, and include her in your life. Let her know your plans for the day, ask her questions. Wake up her mind and wake up your mind to hearing her. And have fun forcing. There's no rush, no need to grind. Just spend time together relaxing, having fun.

I started work on my tulpa a few months before you and likewise ran out of time to devote to her. Sometime ago i started work with her again and through hard work things are better than before. We did have to settle some issues over the ending of her initial creation, but everyone's different so your tulpa may view the event differently. "The way is in training." - Miyamoto Musashi
