IantheKitsune September 24, 2013 September 24, 2013 Hi. I'm Ian. My tulpa (Midna) and I have decided to log our experiments here in the Research forum. I will use the SCP-style experiment log theme while she will do something entirely different. Our most recent experiment didn't involve her as much as it involved my Wonderland. Experiment: Wonderland Information Retention Materials: Wonderland notepad, glass of water, Midna Procedure: Wrote down 4 random numbers on notepad, placed glass of water next to it, and went outside with Midna for approximately one hour. Result: The 4 random digits were still on the notepad and unsmeared/smudged. Glass of water still standing. Notes: Should try again some time in the future without the glass of water. Name: Midna Form: nine-tailed Renamon without gloves or a Silver Fox Gender: Female Working on: Possession Personality: Sweet and caring unless you hurt me. Then you better run
ryonaloli September 24, 2013 September 24, 2013 What exactly is this testing? If you are able to remember numbers and the position of a glass of water? You don't need a "wonderland" to do that, just your normal visuospatial sketchpad's memory. Tulpa: Saki (female) Apparent age: ~9 Looks kinda like this I study neuroscience, so please forgive me if I become overly confrontational when I hear made-up pseudoscientific "theories" filled with anecdotal evidence, emotions, and personal incredulity.

I would've forgotten the numbers otherwise. I was curious to see if my Wonderland would hold memories I have forgotten. I was curious to see if my Wonderland would hold memories I have forgotten. That's not a unique property to a wonderland. You never "forgot" the numbers in the first place, you just stopped thinking about them. What happened was your brain created an association between the numbers and the notepad, so when you retrieved the memory of the notepad (something easy to remember), the numbers followed suite. I think the same technique is applied to "roman rooms" (mnemonics) outside of the tulpa community. I think a more fruitful experiment would be to try and access the capacity of that memory under different circumstances. Another experiment from yours truly. Experiment: Summoning Materials: Me Procedure: Stood in the forest by a lake. Rose one (1) hand and concentrated on a box with an object inside. Result: Received one (1) small, ornate box with a small Chinese dragon figure in palm of hand. Notes: Should attempt something more complex later... -Ian Name: Midna Form: nine-tailed Renamon without gloves or a Silver Fox Gender: Female Working on: Possession Personality: Sweet and caring unless you hurt me. IantheKitsune October 4, 2013 Author October 4, 2013 Hi. It's Midna, Ian's tulpa. This is the first experiment I'm putting here. We were just spending time together when I thought about what might happen if I tried to change my own form. I spent a day or two thinking about what I wanted to look like before I actually changed my form into it. I thought it was cool, Ian was impressed. I'm sorry if this isn't like an actual experiment, I didn't know what would happen if I tried to change my form, I experimented because I was curious. -Midna Name: Midna Form: nine-tailed Renamon without gloves or a Silver Fox Gender: Female Working on: Possession Personality: Sweet and caring unless you hurt me. IantheKitsune October 14, 2013 Author October 14, 2013 Ian here. I'm making this quick because I'm trying to finish up a Source map and just thought I'd tell you of the most recent excitement. Midna and I were just chit chatting, talking, spending time together when I thought of something. What if I put a sort of gateway to other universes in town square? (we actually live by a lake a mediocre distance away from the village) I decided to give it a try. A couple days passed of actually getting the thing up and giving it a Stargate effect (I love Atlantis). After that, I decided to think about what would be on the other side and if it could be multi dimensional. Day after day of working on it, I finally completed the Stargate with Midna's help. I was so excited about this I almost peed my real world pants. I could travel to other universes and dimensions! So I dialed in to a random sequence. Then effect was right. It had a low hum. That was when a person poked their head through with a, "What? Leave me alone." After a short talk, I decided to give the gate a true test. I did a little parroting and puppeting of some NTCs (non tulpa characters). Long story short..... THE GATE WORKS! Sands October 14, 2013 October 14, 2013 No shit. How do you think our imagination works? I don't see why this is in research instead of progress reports. This isn't exactly research. The THE SUBCONCIOUS ochinchin occultists frt.sys (except Roswell because he doesn't want to be a part of it)

Because it kind of is research. At least to me.
