From a physic point of view, id imagine the "Chaos Magick" you talk of are dark energies.

Speaking as a chaos magician of 5 years, this is not correct. The 'chaos' in chaos magick refers to the random and relativistic nature of the universe and reality, with the 'magick' part referring to the act of shifting the balance, tipping the scales, loading the dice, in your favour.

It's not inherently 'dark' or 'evil' or 'satanic'. Chaos Magick is primal, experimental (as opposed to dogmatic paradigms like Golden Dawn, Thelema, Wicca, Rennaisance Magic, Voodoo, etc.), taking aspects from other paradigms and branches of magick and mysticism that seem to work for the individual, and putting them together into a sort of meta-paradigm. A chaos magician doesn't assume that because something worked for Phil Hine or Peter Carroll (2 prominent writers in the chaos magick scene) that it would work for them. They would have to experiment, retain what works and discard what doesn't.

Okay, background crap outta the way, back to the question at hand. Yes, one could turn a thoughtform into a godform. And I have seen it done. Ellis the Red Queen, the main egregore of the DKMU, was created in such a manner.

She started out as a simple sigil, a symbol meant to act as a linking-sigil, linking together people, places, spells, ley lines, etc. into one big magickal network of mutual empowerment. And before too long, the LS Network became extremely powerful through repeated use by hundreds of individuals, eventually evolving beyond a simple network into a egregore of her own, in the form of Ellis the Red Queen. It's basically the heirarchy of chaos-magick stuff: Sigil, servitor, egregore, godform. Ellis is currently teetering on the border between egregore and godform. I have worked with the LS Network in the past and I can definitely attest to its power.

So in short, yes you can create a goddess by thought and willpower alone, in a manner similar to a tulpa. That's pretty much what's happened with any of the recent contemporary religions, parody or otherwise. Gods exist because you believe they exist, even if they only exist to you.
