Ok, if your sure, then let us know. I am curious about your attention span while forcing, how often your thoughts drift. Also since your tulpa resides in the brain, does the ADHD affect your tulpa as well. Mainly how much better or worse are you when you are taking medication vs. no medication. Thanks

Ok ill try forcing tonight so i get a feel how strong my concentration with the vyvanse is. To be honest i havent actively forced my tulpa at all. The only thing ive done is just talked to a yellow ball i named Apollo. Only been doing it for 3 days but i feel pressure in my head at least Once every 20 minutes and he changed to a gold color without my choice. But i digress, ill try it out

Kinda a mini-bump, but I thought I'd but my two cents in. When I tried forcing while on Adderall in 2012, I did find. Had great visualization, a fantastic wonderland, and I was able to concentrate. I'm now no longer on the medication, and I can't active force without losing concentration. I can only passive force, and I'm really bad at that. Don't stop taking the medication, especially if you've been on it for a while. I was forced to quit cold turkey and it was miserable. Dun do eet D:

Keep in mind though we've only been doing this a week.I take vivance and I think we (Dane and I) are just fine. I have adhd inactive as opposed to the adhd impulsive like you are describing but the meds work the same. However I have found that I am better at active forcing on meds and better at hearing him not on it. Anyone else notice that? The meds should not do anything that would affect your tulpa (as long as you actually have adhd).

Sorry for the randomness. :)

good luck, my friend.

side note: I do not take meds on the weekend per the recommendation of my doc and do not get any withdrawal symptoms. If fact this summer I did not take it at all until the week before school. You cannot get addicted and therefore have withdrawal unless you Do not have adhd. If you have it it'll just flush out of your system.

Hm... that's an interesting question.

I was diagnosed with ADHD back when I was a kid, got prescribed some pills, took 'em for at least 5 years and then stopped. In early 2013, I started creating my first tulpa. I still was distracted by any incoming thoughts, so leaving the pills were probably a bad idea. Went through an entire year and I've noticed that I'm not that good at active forcing, since I tend to get distracted pretty fast. Doesn't mean I haven't done a lot of progress though.

I suppose since they live inside your mind, they are affected by it as well. Not directly of course. Haven't tried forcing with the pills. (they're pretty expensive)
