Can't reply to a thread

I seem to be completely unable to reply to this thread. I can post replies anywhere else I want, but not there. When I try to do a quick reply, it does the little loading thing, but nothing happens after it disappears, and when I use the "New Reply" button, I can type out the post, but I get an error message when I hit post:

 

Forbidden

 

You don't have permission to access /newreply.php on this server.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

It doesn't matter how long my post is, or what it contains, I just can't reply there.

 

Both ways of posting work fine everywhere else that I've tried them.

I have gotten various versions of this error trying to edit a post as well.

 

Sounds like a file permission issue

I had the same issue on that same thread. I just resorted to copy-pasting my reply into a private message to the OP.

I've also gotten similar messages while editing posts -- but only when I do quick edit. Full edit still seems to work fine.

 

Like fennec, I PMed the OP. It didn't give me any trouble.
