(this is my second attempt, first time I ran out of time and I had to leave my tulpa dying in the dust) This is what's been happening with my new tulpa: ~Doing personality ~Completed 13 traits thus far ~4 hours in ~Mild headache ~Will have completed up to 16 traits by the days end While doing the trait of vain (3.5 hours in, 12th trait) There was mild tightness in my chest and I started to feel a little depressed. I'm certain this was not a response from my tulpa as I'm in too early a stage of creation. A more probable cause would have been the sudden sad tone in the music I was listening to. (I think I'll change songs). Lula July 10, 2012 Author July 10, 2012 Update: ~trait 25 complete ~8.7 hours total At the very end of the session, as I was putting away my tulpa's brain (its what I've been putting the personality in), a question popped into my head "why can the door open both outwards and inwards?" I was walking into the house I have in my wonderland at the time and its door opens both ways. Lula July 11, 2012 Author July 11, 2012 Update: ~Trait 32 complete ~11 Hours total ~stage one: personality - Complete ~stage two: Visualization - Begin A form has been chosen for my tulpa and during the last few personality traits my tulpa's brain constantly tried to get into the newly chosen form's skull. I've been unable to tell whether this was caused by me or the tulpa (I've got the feeling that it was just me). However I refused to let the brain remain where it was as the form had just been chosen and I can't really visualize any of it correctly yet. Also, although personality has been completed by no means does this mean I'm stopping it altogether, I shall continue to feed my tulpa snippets of personality during narration. Lula July 13, 2012 Author July 13, 2012 Update: ~first visualization session: 40 minutes, more info below ~total time 11hour 40mins 'kay first visualization session started today! :) I have decided upon a definite form and here it is: http://fc06.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2010/292/b/f/frostia_by_legacy350-d314070.png So due to the personality brain being incredibly restless I chose to put it in the body near the very start of visualization. The body (or at least what parts of it I could visualize) immediately sprung to life, and dived toward me, started to lick me, hug me ect. It was very strange and I have no Idea if it was me or the tupla. I couldn't sense myself making it move, it just fell like a nothing in my head, no thoughts or anything and the tulpa was just moving about. Lula July 14, 2012 Author July 14, 2012 Update: ~visualization session2: 40 minutes, more info below ~total time 12hour 20mins ~1hour 20mins visualization Didn't feel that productive :( I'm finding the head easier to do now but it still needs a lot of work I often forget to give her her ice wings we've chosen a name: Frostia. when listing names this was the one which got a reaction so Frostia it is! Also, she randomly lied down, so I gave her a back rub which gave me an opportunity to "feel" her, muscles, bones, skin etc. When I ended the session I walked back to my house and when Frostia entered she rushed into the kitchen, I don't know why. she also emerged from the kitchen when I started the session and I'm yet to look in there. Lula July 15, 2012 Author July 15, 2012 I don't feel like this is that important, but. Last night before going to bed I asked my tulpa to awaken me if I started to dream (I was actually meant to say alert me, but it came out as awaken). Anyway long story short I dreamed twice last night and woke up from both.
